Jeff came out to my house for a treatment! He let me know ahead of time when he was on his way and what his arrival time was! And wasnt a minute late! He answered all my questions i had about the service! Highly recommend them with any needs necessary!

The "John Wick" of Pest Control I’m pretty sure Kris is the person bugs tell scary stories about before they go to sleep. He didn’t just treat my house; He staged a full-scale tactical intervention. The ants didn't even have time to pack their tiny suitcases—they just disappeared. If you want your pests to experience a sudden, permanent career change, Kris is your person. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend to anyone who prefers their roommates to have only two legs. P.S. I heard the bugs were going to protest, but that was gassed out as well. P.S.S. The Axum truck was a glorious orange color so add another star for that!

Jeffery Young done a great overall inspection in my home, spraying, placing traps, & was very knowledgeable when asked about the types of insects/bugs and also gave a lot of good information about the company and the sprays used as well as the duration of them and time they are most effective in the home! I would highly recommend this young man to come service your home, he has a great personality & once again very knowledgeable about the service he provides!! 10/10 rating

Jeff Young is a very professional, outstanding man, performing only the best pest control services. Good work ethic and very respectful. Everyone at Axum has been amazing. They were able to fit us in for an inspection right away. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. Cameron and James were polite and professional and were happy to answer all my questions (I had a lot of them). If we ever have issues again, I know exactly who to call.

I recently moved to Cookeville into a newly built home and encountered a wolf spider shortly after moving in. I contacted Axum, and they responded promptly — arriving the very next day. Miguel provided outstanding service; he was professional, thorough in his inspection, and ensured the treatment was done properly. He also welcomed us to Cookeville and thoughtfully provided a booklet with local attractions and activities. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Would not know and won’t because their door to door sales people came to our house at 8:45 PM! (and continued to a neighbor’s house) ignored the No Solicitation signs for our entire neighborhood. Not OK at all
