Excellent service — fast, thorough, and friendly. They completed my annual termite treatment and removed a wasp’s nest that was growing inside my 240 volt Automatic Transfer Switch enclosure. The owner Dean is my hero. He used his shop vacuum cleaner to remove the wasp before he opened the panel door to remove the active nest. He said not much gets pass this Tennessee boy, and I believe him! He said it was good to get rid of the nest now because it would have grown bigger until the first hard frost. I hired CTT through my realtor, Advantage Realty Partners in Manchester, to not only inspect and treat the house I purchased, but to clean out and install a vapor barrier under the house. I hired CTT again today to treat for pests. They showed up with the equipment to do the job properly and expeditiously. I will continue to have them for pest control. There price was right. A few weeks ago I had the distinct pleasure to enter my crawl space to repair some piping. Its the first time I entered this maze of obstacles that twisted my body in painful directions. I got an up close look at the clean out and vapor barrier that CTT installed nearly a year ago. A vapor barrier is basically plastic sheeting fastened to the ground under the whole house. Its this installation I especially want to speak to. The sheeting was flat, neat and fitted closely to building piers, piping and ductwork to form an expertly crafted barrier between the ground and underside of my house. I couldn't have asked for a better plastic barrier to help keep moisture from entering the crawl space. My first thought as I squirmed around in the crawl space was "I'm glad I hadn't attempted to install the barrier myself." I'm handy and even at 76 I still do most of my own work. The barrier installation was an intricate job requiring skill and experience. I'm very happy with their strong work ethic. I'll have to check with them to see if they do tree trimming. I have a large limb leaning precariously toward my house and electric feed. I've worked at professional and semi professional jobs. Electrician, surveyor, at construction supervision and high school math teacher, several others. I recommend CTT with confidence that they will do a job for you as well or better than anyone else you may be considering them for. Thanks CTT! would like to add here in Nov. 2024. I bought a new home in 2022 in Rickman and Central TN Termite & Pest control is who the builder used to do the initial termite treatment and to install the dehumidifier in my crawl space. After experiencing some nightmare issues with my home's crawl space flooding and it contributing to my dehumidifier failing prematurely, I got to know and talk to Dean and his office manager Michelle better over the last year. They were both empathetic to my family's situation and did all they could do to help us out. Both were the epitome of southern hospitality. From a business quality standpoint, Dean and his crew were always responsive and on time and always did what they said they were going to do. A trait I was raised by that seems hard to find these days. I found their work to be high quality and their price fair. Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend this business for anyone who needs pest control or dehumidifier assistance.

BE AWARE! They came out specifically to get rid of the BROWN RECLUSE the fogger they use says doesn’t work on the brown recluse. I will say the techs were very nice.

Great company. I can thank them for the tech that let me know there was a leak in the crawlspace. It was the water line to the fridge and lots of work had to be done. But I am so glad that Christian told me about it. They do a great job of keeping the bugs away.
