Midstate Termite & Pest Control

I'm not sure who is giving these guys 5 star reviews but they just quotes us over 800 dollars for a simple termite letter for a purchase of a home. I've bought and sold lots of homes before and 800 dollars is outrageous. I was expecting around 200 max. Unfortunately, I had to warn people because these prices are just not right. They said they dont separate the letter from the sentricon system and it had to be installed to get the letter. That makes 0 sense for a buyer who may back out. Thats m

They said they came while I was not home . But I was home at the time they said they were there. They said they treated my out side for bugs and mice and under my house. But less then a month later when I had the heating and cooling company come. There were so many spider webs under ther house they were covered in them. I have dealt with Midstate Termite and Pest Control since last year with no issues until now. I called after hours to cancel my June 10th appointment through virtual assistant. On June 10th I got a message that the tech had been to my house and performed the service anyway and charging me. After calling the office, I do not why it was not understood that service should not have been performed. So after all that, I open the mail to find a bill for a service that was not even supposed to happen.
