I had my first dealings with Grey's pest control this morning. Nikki was so kind on the phone and explained exactly what they were going to do and I could not have been more pleased. The technician called me when he was finished and he even took care of an ant hill in the flower bed that I didn't even know about. I will be recommending them to everyone I can! Thank you all so much! The best part, The tech was at my house only 3 hours after I called, what a wonderful local company!

Fair pricing, great service (we had a horrendous ant infestation in our rent house and it was resolved within 48 hours of them coming out), and the customer service was stellar. We’d continue using them if we weren’t moving out of the area! 🐜🖤

We had our first service this last week and were very happy! Firstly, the woman whom I contacted and made an appointment with was the sweetest and friendliest lady! I enjoyed our conversation and the peace of mind she gave me that they were family operated and the most competitive with prices. They had a busy schedule but she made sure to get us in before 4th of July so we wouldn’t be without pest control that long. Secondly, the owner actually came out to service our house and he was so knowledgeable and informative, as we are new to the area and just moved here from south Texas. You can tell he really enjoys his job and it shows through his work. All around great experience our first go around, and we feel like our home is in good hands!

Great service! Great people! I called and spoke to Nicole about our ant & flying ant issue from a leaky water heater. Jared came to our house the same day! He is awesome at explaining what we needed to do. He sprayed inside the house and all around the outside, too. The ants are all dead! Yay! We highly recommend Gray's Pest Service!

We used Gray’s at our house in Lebanon. The team is great and always easy to get a hold of and talk to. When we moved to Cookeville, we hired them again. We can not say enough good things about their team and service.

First started using GPS a year ago for quarterly pest control and we have been extremely impressed by their service and professionalism. Ryan and Nikki are fantastic to deal with for scheduling and they are always on time for appointments. We highly recommend GPS for all of your pest related issues.

These guys are the BEST! My dog gave us a flea problem, and it was BAD! Gray's was professional all the way. They were prompt, professional, affordable and downright nice people! They even had to make an extra trip- no complaints and NO EXTRA CHARGE! I wouldn't consider calling anyone else!

Ryan was a little early and got right to work. He was amazingly kind, explained the process to me and I feel much better and more confident that the property will be termite protected for the next owners. I would 100% use them again.

We started our services with GPS today, doing the quarterly service plus the mosquito/tick treatment on our fenced in backyard. Jared was beyond phenomenal! Very kind, funny and down to earth! He explained everything thoroughly and left paperwork. Very satisfied customers!

We were having issues with our annual black ants inside. I had used another company before, and they did a good job but they cost SO MUCH MORE. For a one time outside/kitchen/living area service it cost 80 bucks. Even their typical full indoor/outdoor service is only 150. The place I used before wanted 250 this year! Their technician was very polite and understood we have a newborn and kept the inside spraying to a minimum, only in the spots needed. Would recommend for the best pest service price in town!

I began to see tiny black ants making a direct path between an exterior wall and the kitchen. I contacted GPS for a one-time service two weeks ago. Jared - the exterminator - showed-up on time, explained what needed to be done and why. He did a thorough job of spraying outside the house and the indoor baseboards. He also cleaned all cobwebs. There was no annoying scent from the spray and I’ve yet to see another bug in the house. I highly recommend Gray’s.
