This company gave me several issues trying to cancel my service. Sent me a notice in June of 2024 for a payment "missed" in November of 2023 with no notice that they were about to call collections. Absolutely terrible service, sprays were less than quality when we had them.

Arrived on time, did a fantastic job. This is the first time EVER in 10 years we aren’t just swarming with wasps. Their treatment really worked and the price was fair too! Highly satisfied, I will call them again.

They scheduled my first appointment on a day they didn't even work, wasting a day waiting for them. For my second appointment, they forgot to put it on the schedule. The third time they claimed to come out to my home while not having an appointment and put stuff down around my house. I'm not sure how they got around my house as I have a gate. When I called to have my contract terminated, they said they had tried to call me several times to set up an appointment, the last time I heard from them was when they were collecting a payment. They then started yelling and screaming at me ending the call by slamming the phone down. I hired them originally in December and as of July, the infestation is ongoing. EDIT: The owner of the company did call me. He was very apogeic about the situation and made me an offer to make it right. EDIT2: Another Woman claiming to be the owner called me she was extremely rude and called me a liar in regard to previous communications. She was extremely argumentive Demanding me to pay 50.00 to end the contract,

They are good people and talks nicely on every visit, but the effect of insect control is nowhere near satisfactory. Most important of all, you have to call way early to schedule an appointment, you CANNOT depend on them when you see the sign of bugs moving around in your house. And when they come, the bugs are already gone, which is very nice, they just spray to the air and make promises such as, "Oh this is going to protect it". I have trusted them for more than a year with no effects at all. Nothing works on the mosquito, I will cancel after finding another company.

From the first conversation this company had me sold! You hear of Orkin and Terminix so that's who I thought I should go with naturally! I spoke with agent Shaun and he had me hooked! I must admit at first I thought oh he's just blowing smoke and being a great fast talking salesperson... NOPE! Every word he said was true! My personal field agent in TJ Austill and he never disappoints! He is the most kindest and patient person I have ever met and if you know me you know I have a lot of questions and are very particular about the ends and outs of what the product is, how do you use it, what are long term side effects, my kids are allergic or sensitive to everything will this harm them, etc and he took time with me and explained everything! Unless something changes (I doubt it) I will never go anywhere else!!! Mrs. Renee in the office calls to check on me and the service she is always professional and willing to lend a listening ear or answer any questions that have come up! This company treats me like family just as agent Shaun said they would! Thank you Tri-State!!!

I've been using this company for 10 years and have been very happy with the staff and scheduling. No price hikes - at least not yet!! If a bug gets in the house it is soon dead. I see no ants around either.

We have used Tristate Exterminating for quarterly treatment for several years now. Always friendly, helpful, and addresses any concerns. If we happen to have more bugs than usual (which is rare due to their routine visits), they fit us in quickly and address the needs. Wes is our guy, and he’s always professional and friendly. Moving soon and will continue to use TriState at or next house!

Tri State answered all of my needs for pest control needs. Their tech arrived on time and went right to work and explained throughly the work that was performed and gave advice on what to look for if I suspected any type of a re infestation. Highly recommend as their prices were very competitive and customer service was over the top
