I was very pleased with my inspection from Apex. Mike was really pleasant and professional. He let me know what I needed in terms of exclusion treatment and explained how roof rats were invading my home.

Mike presented the options available with pros and cons. No pressure sales.

Savannah found the problem right away

Very responsive, I had a call back within 30 minutes at the end of the work day. They were very prompt in coming out to determine the problem and explain possible solutions. I had some work done a few years back as well that was handled well, so I am a repeat customer.

My girl Savannah was super knowledgeable and made me feel better that my house is not infested with rats and infant in fact I have a mouse. I would trust her to come back and handle all my wildlife needs!!

Apex came right out and helped us figure out what to do about our squirrel issue. Savanah was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helped us understand all the various options and helped us choose the right way for us. Thank you for your help.

5 stars! We’ve used Apex before for exclusion work, never had problems after the work was done. Moved to new house, have squirrels in the attic. Savannah was prompt with discovering the issue(s). We will have to wait a bit to get the work done but Alex does great and thorough work.

Issue with raccoon present around our home. Called and Apex response time was great! Return call within 5 minutes and arrive within the hour! Explanation of service very thorough!

We had an opossum in our garage and Savannah from Apex Wildlife came out same day and caught the little boy and took him away fo me! She was great!!

Charged me 300$ to try to get more money for nothing. Had another opinion come in from professionals that I was lied to, they fixed it for 115. Again I got nothing from apex for 300, but got it fixed by litterally my first other call for 115. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They were quick to show up for that 300 dollar false assessment tho, greedy.

DO NOT waste your time or money with this company. They are overpriced and don't even do the work themselves. They SUB it out to companies that don't have a clue what they are doing and up-charging you to do it. Shoddy and unprofessional work and business practices. If I was an unhappy worker why would I hide my identity? You still didn't address your over charging and subbing your work out! It's the truth and that's why you chose to say that I'm a liar!

On or about May 20, 2022, I had apex wildlife control out to my home to evict raccoons from my attic. They sent a technician out to my home a few days prior and I told the technician that I wanted to evict the raccoons out of my attic and I agreed with his recommendation of what he called eviction fluid. They came to my home on a Friday and supposedly applied some type of fluid in the attic that was supposed to evict the raccoons but the raccoons never left. I had already paid them $200.00 for the eviction service but the raccoons never left. Since that service visit I have called, I have left numerous messages and I have requested to talk with management but have not been allowed to talk with management and they have never returned my calls. I do not recommend this company.

590 dollars to remove a dead raccoon plus 100 for something else like how?

AVOID this business at all costs!!! They sent a couple of kids who didn't know what they were talking about. They did NOT diagnose the problem (because I personally saw where the squirrels were entering the house). Worst of all, they gave me a quote of more than a THOUSAND dollars! I went with Patriot who were much more competent and fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost.

On 1/20/20, I completed the form on your website with all information to receive a call back. On the morning of 1/21/20, I called and spoke to a young lady who said I would receive a call back in 30 minutes. It's Wednesday afternoon and I've not heard back from anyone. Guess you don't want my business. I'll move on....

Please don't waste your time, energy or money on this company! Apex Wildlife beat me out of over $1200.00 for a botched job of supposedly ridding my attic of roof rats, same said roof rats that are running around EVERY morning and EVERY night right now!! They claimed to have sealed up every "entry', set traps (which we believe were mouse traps) and dd all they could to take care of the problem, notwothstanding my roof guy said the area around my chimney, was not sealed, even though they claimed it was! My husband is infuriated because he thinks we were swindled and hates the fact that the same rat action and noise is still occurring! The owner of the company even tried to make me think I was crazy and that I was not hearing what i knew I was and would even state that I might be hearing things from other's houses or nothing at all but i just chalked this up to his senility! They kept trying to reiterate that if i was hearing any running then it must be new rats because they sealed up the house completely but, no it was AND is the same rats! Just know they are dishonest, and not trustworthy and you better go with somene else! Btw, I just had another guy come out, (even though I was very hesitant) talked with him and he came over EARLY the next day and heard the running for himself!

Worst company ever! I just bought a house. My inspector found a lot of mouse/rat feces in attic, so we asked the seller to do wildlife control. This company (Technician: Todd Becker) wrote a report showing us there is no evidence of wild life. After we moved in (one month after their report), we can hear mouse/rats running in attic. When I called this company, they told me these mouse/rats were not there during inspection and maybe they just moved in after inspection. They are right - I can not prove how long these mouse/rats have been there, but I believe people can tell what kind of company this is. Anyway, these people either do not have skills or are dishonest. It is just a few hundred dollars. I can get another company to do it. But I do not want this company to ruin other clients' day.

Very poor customer service practices, lack of communication with customer, and failure to fix our rodent problem. I would not recommend this company. Every time I have tried to get more information about the status and schedule of my account, they have told me that they are swamped and understaffed (as if it's my problem). They also have scheduled work and been a no show and well as not followed up. Very disappointing. After thousands of dollars and months of waiting and construction on our house to fix to gaps, we even had an animal breech our bedroom (with our baby near by) and Apex has not resolved the issue. (2 months later) 11/30/16 PS- In response to Apex's response down below---you did not solve our problem. We called in another another company, A1 Wildlife, and they ultimately solved our problem.
