When you call in to this branch, make sure if you’re dealing with Carol you catch her on a good day, because if she’s in a bad mood, she’ll treat you worse than the mud on the bottom of her shoe. I called in to ask for an additional service on top of my plan (because I was offered it the last time I had spoken with a member of this branch) and she was oddly offended by my questions on the service. I have the BEST technician. My problem is not with him. I am frustrated with the responsiveness and concern for the clients of the company. Recently I called in about a rodent problem. I called Monday 8/14 at 2pm and told Ashley that I had a mouse in one of the traps and I was told to call and a tech on call would come out to remove it Ashley told me that I could have an appointment for Friday ..that's 4 days later . The service started out great. We had a 2 year contract and every month they would show up as scheduled and take care of all the issues that were noted. After two years the price went up and the service quality went down dramatically. Whenever we would call to make an appointment the technician could never keep the time promised in some instances they never called to reschedule never called to apologize for missing an appointment and making me wait home in anticipation for them showing up.
