Technician arrived 30 minutes before scheduled time. I was not aware that he was already spraying and my husband failed to let me know as I was busy getting dressed. The upstairs porch was not sprayed as he would have to come inside to gain access to the upstairs porch. The technician/s have been told multiple times that all outdoor porches, basement, garage needs to be sprayed.

Company texts you when the tech is on the way which is helpful. Had the termite inspection done and everything went well. Responsive and on time.

I have been using Dart services for several years. I have never had a pest problem since using them. Updated March 2026 and Dart is still as good, friendly and efficient as ever.

Excellent service and appointments are scheduled quickly.

I love how Dart takes care of my house in having it bug free.

Nicole has been great and it’s obvious that she is very qualified and loves her job😀 ; we have used Dart services for the last 7 years and every technician has been great. We have also had roof rat removal, and spider treatments in the past with great success!!

The employees are always courteous and efficient. Must really work - there are always dead bugs! My only complaint is working out the appt times for meeting here at the church!

Very courteous & speedy response to our request. They were at our house within the hour of our phone call.

Had Dart Pest Control come out for a mouse exclusion quote. We wanted to make sure the house was sealed up before it got cold. The guy told us that we didn’t have a mouse problem and that our house was sealed up. After that we kept catching more and more mice. We had terminix come out and they found so many spots where mice were coming in and were just much more knowledgeable over all. Dart doesn’t know what they’re doing when it comes to rodents.

Extremely RUDE, very unprofessional and unwilling to assist in ways a business should. Lady whom answered the phone continuously hung the phone up on me after asking to speak with her boss. This is NOT how you conduct a business, ESPECIALLY to potential customers and or other business owners. 0/10.

The most unprofessional pest control company I've had business with. I have been with Terminix for years no issues very professional, I have discovered that we have moles in our front yard and back yard unfortunately, Terminix does not treat moles so I saw Dart with good reviews and trusted them. The technician that came out told me the treatment is Guaranteed and he is going to "smoke those Moles to death" I have paid $750 for the service with a small front yard and backyard. He said after a week I should see decrease in the activity and he will come for the two weeks follow up to treat again and spray my yard to kill bugs that the moles feed on. Before the follow up I have called and told them I still see activities in the front yard they send someone on Dec 1 to only treat my flower beds. With Christmas and new years they have been closed so I called today to tell them there is still a lot of activities in my yard and the very unprofessional manager said that the service is only 30 days guaranteed!! I told her that's not what I have been told, and during that time we had all the holidays which really shouldn't count she refused to give me refund since the technician gave me wrong information and had me pay that much money $750 on a service that is not even guaranteed with only 30 days!!!!! She refused to cooperate and was very rude !!! Please be aware and find another professional pest control business
