Lookout Pest Control

I was a new customer and received terrible service. On the day that was scheduled for my first treatment, I had to call them to find out if they were still coming. I was told I was on the schedule for the next day. Then I was told they didn’t know if I could be still be seen on the day even though I had accepted the situation and even said I doubted that a technician would be able to still come on that day. I finally talked to a woman who then informed me that she wasn’t sure they would be able

Had Tri-state for a few years before they were acquired by lookout and they were a very customer oriented company. Have not been happy with Lookout. Service has never been coordinated to be done while I was home. Couldn’t tell you if the service was actually provided but, there have been bills. Cancelled my service.

Lookout pest control has been serving us for over a year now. They always arrive on time, and their staff is professional and meticulous in their work. The last visit was done by Brandon, and he did an excellent job, just like all the others. I highly recommend Lookout pest control.
