LAZY!! I've been with Terminix from 2010 to 2013. They do my home and my rental property (both in Byrnes Downs and Windermere neighborhoods). The technicians with Terminix are consistently lazy. I mean CONSISTENTLY. Each visit, they leave you a form of what they have "performed". The list is always fully checked off, yet they never do half the list.
