Sonya did another outstanding job. In addition to spraying around the perimeter of the house she sprayed the garage and the inside of the screened in porch She also took care of an anthill as well. She always asks if we have any issues inside. Very efficient and great personality. Thank you Sonya.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lookout Pest Control. What they advertise and what you actually get are two completely different things. They claim to offer “unlimited service,” but that only applies to very specific situations. There are plenty of restrictions buried in the fine print of the contract that they don’t clearly explain upfront. Don’t take their word for it—you really have to read every detail yourself or you’ll end up surprised. When I tried to address the issue, things only got worse. After speaking with a representative, I was escalated to the branch manager, Steve, who was completely unprofessional. He repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking, acted dismissive, and didn’t seem to care at all that I was a paying customer. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he basically said if I didn’t like it, they would just cancel the service. Overall, the customer service was poor, communication was misleading, and the experience felt very frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend Lookout Pest Control to anyone looking for honest, straightforward service. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

First time customer. Amy was great, hard worker and very helpful. There was some confusion about the type of service I’d asked for vs what they were prepared to provide when Amy arrived. They assured me that it will be rectified ASAP so until proven otherwise, I’d certainly recommend them.

Technician did not arrive with necessary equipment and had to go back to shop. Then she did not treat all areas that were supposed to be treated. My wife had to walk around the house with her to show her what needed to be done. Have had great service with other technicians. Please do not send this technician back to us.

Lack of communication. Hate the new merge. Had a $35 credit on my account for not being notified of a $50 increase on the cost of pest control. They said I was overcharged and now they are saying it was a retention credit. Then because I canceled the pest control services they decided to not honor the credit. Unfortunately stuck with them because of a termite bond. I would look elsewhere because $129 for quarterly pest control is expensive especially when I kept having to spray myself and battle ants.

I called after finding so many dead 🐝 bees and never received a call back. Technician showed up at my house and I sent him away. Still no call. I have hired someone else

They are friendly, but a bit pricey for my taste.

Advanced Termite not only offers shady contracts, they also provide poor service. I STRONGLY advise you to pick a legitimate company that can afford to compensate you for repairs if/and when something goes wrong. We ended up having ground termites come up through our chimney and we were ignored several times by the owner (Mark) when asking for a phone call. They do the bare minimum to protect your property and then fight you when something goes wrong. Their service is the equivalent of going to Lowes and getting some termite spray and bait stations for a fraction of the price. Don't take my word for it. Do some research on their competitors and you will immediately see the difference. They missed termites in our inspection and they noted that their spray can cancel out their bait stations. What? Why would you use spray that renders your bait stations useless? On top of that, their bait stations are low quality commercial grade and you are basically paying for a service that provides little to no protection. This company can't afford to compensate for their mistakes and they provide sloppy service at best. Update: Advanced was called back out to spray and check that the termites were gone. I opened up several holes in the sheetrock for the service man to inspect. His response was: "I don't need to look, if you didn't see anything, it is ok"

We responded promptly to all their calls and treated the active termites right away. Mr. Patrick was unavailable when we called and didn’t return our phone call. The owner and office manager did reach Mrs. Patrick and offered to do everything under their plan and more.<br><br>Prior to accepting this house and customer for termite protection we had the integrity of informing them in advance and in writing that their house did not qualify for repair damage protection. A letter sent to them two years ago said in part: “Due to construction features causing visible inaccessibility and conducive conditions such as wood to ground contact, low clearance, and possibility of hidden termite activity (previous and current) qualifies for service only warranty coverage.”<br><br>In addition, the first words of their termite agreement, featured prominently at the very top of the front page says: “This contract provides for retreatment of a structure but does not provide for the repair of damages caused by wood destroying organisms.” So, it’s unreasonable to expect something that’s been specifically disclaimed and mutually agreed upon. It’s like wanting flood insurance after the storm. We informed them twice in writing at the very beginning, prior to any agreement being signed.<br><br>There is a Formosan termite pandemic going on in Charleston, SC. They are aggressive particularly in leaking areas that are inaccessible. This house has both. Termite invasions can become significant in days. We inspected here twice annually, the last being in March 2020. So, this could easily have happened in the intervening six months.<br><br>The Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System with Always Active Technology is the absolute best termite protection available. Unfortunately, conducive termite conditions can still lead to termite activity, even with Sentricon. In our many years of customer experience, it has happened less than .002% of the time. We feel awful that Formosan termites found them. However, their reaction is unsupported by everything preceding it and is unfair to us.
They come when they want if they show up. I'm not impressed or happy with this company. One more service and I'm done with their contract. The owner also promised a Free month and treatment for the ant farms on my yard but only received 1/2 of what was promised. All and all, I'm done. You can probably do everything by yourself and it would be cheaper and more effective. They give you a day headsup so I never have time to request time to take time off at work, so they only go around the outside of my home for $70 a month. Like I said you can do a better job yourself. Update: Upon reading their feedback on my review, They come when they want. When we started it was at the beginning of the month. Now it's at the end for some reason. The back of my house is unlocked, the previous tech knew there was a whole on the fence to come in, the backyard side door has never worked so why not ask the customer or try calling before leaving your home, it's reasonable, specially if it's going to be a different tech. Also, I understand the business hours but receiving an email the day before is no doable for people that work. A day in advance. A day, they send you an email. Are ya'll going to call out work and leave everyone hanging so they can do the inside of your home or come to back?? I spoke to owner about them forgetting my home and he said next service is free and we can add the ant treatment for free. I apologize we didn't show up. Yeah, that's why they didn't charge me cause they forgot I was their customer and forgot my house. So, they showed up this month, only did the front of the outside of my home because the tech didn't know about the fence and come and recommended me the ant treatment again, the owner forgot he promised, I guess. I mean, they forgot to give my home service before. I called cause the bill says due $70, not the small letters next to it that said we won't bill you. I guess the accounting concept is hard as well. Bill and put a credit so the remaining balance is 0, not write next to it you won't be billed. Anywho, the receptionist had no clue the agreement the owner had with me to keep my business. You give me good customer service, I will be the most loyal customer. I pay on time. I call if anything happens on my end to straighten things out. I don't owe nobody nothing! So, it's up to you and what kind of customer you are. If you don't care about customer service this is the place for you.

Upon seeing this we cancelled further services. We regret bad feelings and did not charge her for the last service performed; so two months of pest protection were free. We come out during normal business hours by agreement. Weekends can be difficult and nights almost never work. We always give advance reminders of appointments. When she forgets to leave the backyard unlocked, it cannot be treated by anyone but herself.
