Jake is the best!! Our neighbors have so many bats and one day one ended up on our property. We called and he came out asap and did a full inspection. Thankfully we had none but went ahead with preventative sealing and we now have so much peace of mind. He was truly the kindest man who had so much patience answering all of my questions. 10/10

I cannot speak highly enough about Alpha Wildlife Control, and especially Chase Nicholson. I arrived home at 1:30 a.m. after being away for a week to discover that a raccoon had climbed down my chimney (despite it having a chimney cap) and caused extensive damage to my ground floor. As soon as business hours began, I called every highly rated wildlife control company in the Charleston area to find someone who could come as quickly as possible. Chase arrived within two hours of my call and immediately put me at ease during what was an incredibly stressful situation. He quickly determined exactly what had happened, identified the animal responsible, thoroughly inspected my home, and developed a comprehensive plan to ensure that this never happens again. Rather than simply addressing the immediate problem, he took the time to explain how the raccoon had gained access and recommended long-term preventative measures, including a more secure chimney cap and pest blocking. What truly set Chase apart, however, was his professionalism and willingness to help beyond the service call. He wrote a detailed letter for my insurance company, made himself readily available to answer questions, and was even willing to speak directly with my insurance adjuster if needed. Finding someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely cares about their customers is rare. We had an amazing experience with Jake from Alpha Wildlife! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. In 2024 we underwent a bat removal process. Throughout the removal process, there was very poor communication. Our technician would give us general days his techs would be coming out to start the next step, often arrived late, and failed to communicate that. One day we had two guys show up to our house on a ladder and start work without letting us know they were there. I found out by locking eyes with one of the guys through our second story window. However, as long as the bats were gone and removed properly, that's all that mattered to me. Fast forward to now, the bats have chewed through the expanding foam they installed and have returned. I tried calling and emailing Alpha to explain the situation and see if they offered a warranty. However, no one has emailed me back or returned my last call.

Could not be more pleased with the professional service from Alpha Wildlife! Chase was wonderful to work with - extremely knowledgeable, highly responsive, great communication, and humanely compassionate with the animals. Truly a five star performance! We had a slightly difficult situation and he was relentlessly persistent . Wonderful, wonderful company! Thank you Alpha Wildlife and especially Chase!

Quick and efficient! We had a squirrel stuck in our fireplace that would not come out. We tried everything to coax him out but he wouldn’t budge. Alpha came in and within 10 minutes trapped and released him. While we hope it doesn’t happen again, if it does they will be our first call

Jake did an amazing job today at my daughter’s house! He checked her attic, her roof, and other places on her house for any signs of bats. He was professional and educated me on bats as he explained everything he was doing. He is also a veteran (thank you for your service!) We will definitely use Alpha Wildlife Charleston for any future needs if we have any and tell our friend and relatives about his great service.He definitely has a heart for the Charleston community!!

Alpha Wildlife was life saving! From start to finish we felt informed and cared for. D’angelo was an absolute standout. We’ve never seen someone on a roof like him. These guys are fantastic! A squirrel fell down our chimney and made our house its own while we were away on vacation. I called Alpha, and within 20 minutes, they were at my house. They safely caught the squirrel, allowed my daughters enough time to name it, and then released it back into the wild, away from our home. Highly recommend these guys! They couldn’t be nicer.

Dave was extremely responsive & knowledgeable to address an issue with squirrels in our screened in porch. He assessed the situation, identified the root cause & was able to immediately capture the critters & relocate them in a safe & humane manner. His prompt response to return & remove was especially appreciated by my wife & the squirrels

Overnight success! We had a raccoon that was a little too close for comfort--hanging out for a few nights on and under our front landing and stairs. We called Jake on a holiday weekend and he arrived within just a few hours to place a live trap. The next morning, the raccoon was sleeping in the trap and Jake came promptly to pick it up. Great communication, professional, polite, and prompt.

Jake came out late on a Wednesday evening and setup a racoon trap for us but the next day or so we heard squealing noises from our attic. After investigating I found momma racoon in an eave and immediately called Jake back. He came out without hesitation and removed 3 baby racoons and set a trap for mom. His professional manner and care for the babies was great. He was headed for an animal rescue for the little ones. Great working with him and getting his professional help.
