Poor communication has been costly. I was originally happy with the service provided by this company, but have reached out multiple times to no avail and feel like some of my pest problems would have been avoided. I had them come out in 2023 for an evaluation and I was very happy with the thoroughness they provided. However, the price was a little high compared to the market so I didn't move forward. Totally fine. I then emailed in 2024 to move forward with the original quoted price in 2023. No response. We then had pest problems and I reached out again in 2026 via phone. I also didn't get a response here.

New employee. Did a thorough job spraying around slab and doors. Around base of garage door and downstairs windows. Courteous and pleasant to talk to. Performed quarterly service only took 15 minutes

I had a positive experience with their termite service in the past (and my current pest control company wasn't cutting it) so I had my first pest control appointment with Carolina Exterminating today and I feel like Jeremy did a really good job. You can tell they are professionals who would rather "get it done right" than "get it done twice".

Tyler was extremely polite and very efficient. They always start with asking me if I’ve seen any problems around. In my case, I’ve seen a dead bug or two inside, so they came in and quickly covered the whole house… Then they went outside and got rid of the wasp nests and the spiderwebs and all the little places that the creepy crawlers like.
