Hard to believe this is the same company. Service has fallen off a cliff. I've had a quarterly service scheduled with them for years. This past August, a technician came out and left my home in worse condition than he found it. Claims he removed exterior spider webs (clearly didn't). Broke up a mud dauber nest and left broken clumps of dirt all over the windowsill. Then, they send me an email asking to reply with any feedback. Did anyone reach out to me when I reply expressing my dissatisfaction
