This company displays create customer service. The techs are knowledgeable about the products they use and very efficient with the application. I won't say someone else is not better, but I probably won't ever find out.
Great service all over my house, yard and backyard shed
We have had HAWX services done for over a year. From the salesman upon first contact with HAWX and every technician that has come to our home every quarter, the service and communication has been great including customer service (though there is nobody to speak to in any local office nationwide). I would say that for a monthly charge of 49.99 may be a bit costly for a quarterly visit. That said, they will come out for no charge if you call and advise there are still issues after services are done. Yelp reviews for the offices in the Charleston, SC have terrible reviews, meaning, more adverse than positive. We live an hour away from Charleston, SC and will say that we have never had an issue. One of the the things we really appreciate the technicians send a very detailed service report with pictures. I have sent a message to HAWX Corporate about this, and stated that if they want customers to do Google reviews, they MUST insert a link for customers to use to submit reviews right away. Once the customer is in the report, seeing the pictures, and after having face to face contact (if owner is home of course) it really helps the guys actually doing the work, advising any suggestions, and actually listening to the customer about specific pest situation to actually get a timely review. I can't confirm this, but I imagine the technicians get measured by certain metrics and can't imagine customer reviews would/should play an important role in proper metrics measurement. The above was a post I did several months ago, and apparently they listened, as I was able to click and make this review. Great job Corporate! And a big 10 thumbs up to my technician Ty today. Pretty good company. They were early which was ok. Quick simple and reasonably priced honestly excited for the year of this. I talked to Nate . He was a delight to talk to. Very professional too.

Representative continues to knock on doors in a neighborhood that clearly has no soliciting signs and is extremely dismissive when told to leave. Lots of other reviews here seem to be good, but reps should not be harassing neighboorhoods

Door Salesmen are dishonest, predatory, and borderline harrasing. They have come to my house several times in the last few months and everytime I say no thank you for their services. I have had to place no soliciting signs up on my property which are also ignored. Would not recommend them for any of your pest services, they're overpriced and you can easily do this stuff for yourself with products from big box stores or local landscape suppliers. Just go out and buy a $10 sprayer pump from home depot and apply 2 oz of bithenthrin ($30 for 16 oz) per 1 gallon to the exterior of your home up to 6 feet and around windows, the garage, etc. You can even do it inside with a light misting. Apply monthly and you will thank my later.
Big fail. And I will remove this review if you guys get your act together. Your word isn't worth much right now. Our employees are getting stung by wasps in our building and your people promised that this issue would be solved by you. Twice now you have been no shows, and today you tried to charge us a second time for work you promised was guaranteed. What a huge disappointment and it doesn't help that I am personally deathly allergic.

Ty was very kind! However, I will not be keeping Proforce after my term ends. I recently switched in May and although I never saw bugs with my other company, I have had an abundance of bug issues since switching. The massive spider I saw today was the end of my patience. Updating my review to take my last star away bc this is the work company of crooks I’ve ever dealt with. Thy give you the run around to cancel. I’ve been trying for months. I’ve been told misinformation time and time again that they were doing it yet they continue to try to charge my card. And when I finally locked the card because I was tired of requesting the cancellation on SEVERAL occasions and not receiving callbacks on several occasions or people blatantly ignoring what I said and doing what they want instead, they tried to charge me for another month and when they couldn’t get the payment is when I FINALLY heard back. They will offer reservice time and time again but it’s not work it! If your product is good you don’t need reservice! They've come out twice and more and more bugs every time. Their products and service are both terrible. They’ve finally cancelled my account and expect me to may a fee when I was promised by someone that they would take care of it because I’d only had them for a month before I requested to cancel. So no. Do not do it!

Guy came to my NO SOLICITING neighborhood lied about a 39$ service I paid it after damn near being harassed by him. Then a week later they charge my card for $42, & when I ask for a refund because this wasn’t explained nor what I signed up for they lie about refunding me in a week to saying the charges are valid and can’t be refunded and they have an early cancellation fee of 149$. Worse place ever I hate a scamming company. Def do not recommend turn them away at the mailbox!!!!!
very predatory! the in person sales guy was fine, but I had no decrease in bug or pest activity. At all. And if you ever need to cancel, be prepared to be given the major run around (see other reviews too). They won’t allow you to cancel via email and there are no local reps. They claim that I signed something saying I had to do a verbal cancellation but upon review, I never signed such document. I called and emailed almost every day for three weeks trying to cancel, and I was told that an account manager would contact me. For three weeks this elusive account manager never called me. I ended up having to do a stop payment with my bank because this company is set up in such a way that it’s run through a call center and there’s not anybody to actually take the call for customer service. Would not ever recommend
I want to share my recent experience with ProForce to caution others. Unfortunately, my interactions with their team have been very disappointing. The salespeople I encountered were incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. They refused to identify themselves or their affiliations and exhibited rude behavior during our interaction. I even have video footage capturing their unprofessional conduct. Based on this experience, I strongly advise anyone considering working with ProForce to proceed with caution and explore other options. Stay away from this company!
IF SOMEONE KNOCKS ON YOUR DOOR TRYING TO SELL YOU THIS SCAM, SHUT THE DOOR IMMEDIATELY. From the moment Austin knocked on our door, I knew that I should have shut it. He came across as a nice kid and promised all of this amazing pest control for a great deal… Our pest control guy that we had used for a long time retired, so I took the chance. All door to door salesman have the same agenda.. I let my guard down for 2 seconds and he got me. We have received one service and have already been charged for a second that was NEVER performed. I have reached out and have gotten ZERO response. We will be canceling immediately. Moral of the story — NEVER TRUST A SALESMAN.
Terribly inconsiderate and unprofessional company. We have a toddler and a baby that are asleep by 8:30 PM. After 9:00 PM, their employee cold knocked on our front door attempting to make a sales call. Of course our dog went nuts and woke up the children. The salesman literally started his pitch with "I'm sorry it's late, my manager said if I don't do this they'll fire me...." before I cut him off and told him we are not interested. First, anyone sending salespeople to knock on doors after 9pm has no consideration for their customers or the safety of their employees. Second, please make even a token effort at training those employees to not make fools of themselves and your company.
Absolutely horrible. This company is a scam, they promise the world and then when the technician comes to treat, they say that's not covered or that it will be extra. Had fleas in my drain and he told me to pour vinegar down the drain or it would be $500 extra for flea treatment. What a Joke! Go with someone else. And they charged me a $199 cancellation fee, but I am happy to pay to discontinue the relationship! They say they nock down all the spiderwebs etc.. It doesn't happen.

I really hate to leave a negative review, but this company has been kind of a nightmare and I really regret doing business with them. Before I start talking about the negative, at the very least, the representative who knocked on our door to offer the services was very polite and seemed like a nice guy, I just wish that the rest of my interaction with the company could have stayed on that high note. First, they didn't do an adequate job. They promised that if we had issues, they would come back and help address them, but they've been very unresponsive to calls for weeks. On the one hand, they say that they use safe chemicals, but we ended up with black spots in our lawn, but we still have the spiders that we pointed out to them in the initial assessment. Also, my niece and nephew who play in the back yard ended up getting sick, thankfully it didn't get too bad, but I wish it could have been avoided. I wasn't present for the treatment, so I'm not sure exactly what they did. They did let us know that there was a $200 cancellation fee, so when we decided to cancel the service I was prepared for that, but what I wasn't prepared for was that they would drag their feet on the cancellation for two weeks, ignoring our calls to confirm it was processed until immediately after the next month's payment was charged, which we won't receive services for. After the charge, they basically told us to just deal with it, so now I have to get in contact with my bank and it's just a hassle I shouldn't have to deal with. I regret contracting with them, I'm not even sure they're not a scam, it's just really disappointing. I'd recommend finding a reputable pest control company and vetting them before signing any contracts.
