This location was called out about a month ago to adress a termite situation. I was not home when the young man arrived. 1) He did not have a latter to address the situation properly. So he was provided with a latter. 2) Second appointment to check bait trap he was 1 hour late no latter again. This time I was home I told him the ladder that he used the first time was an outside latter that was very dirty, he said I will make a call to the shop to see if he could find a latter. 3)The young man

I wanted to chose ZERO stars but google made me pick at least 1. Horrible service. I have been stuck using them for over a decade with rental properties. I have both the quarterly service and annual service plans with them, I thought I was covered... Had 2 emergencies over the decade, one was bees. - Called and found out to get rid of them it would cost me several hundred dollars extra! Called a competitor and they did the job for $75 next day. 2nd issue was a rat in a vacant rental proper

Unprofessional and unethical. They are attempting to charge me for a service they claim they completed on a property where they agreed (in writing) that all service had been cancelled. Conveniently for the company’s sake, the service they allegedly completed occurred on the same day of the cancellation but before they agreed to cancel the account. Terminix North Mt Pleasant is a fraudulent company and I do not recommend using them.
