I do not recommend their services. Their communication, timeliness, and effectiveness is lacking. No true concern of your pest needs. Also, will barely ever respond in writing. They only call you to answer your concerns so their responses are not on written record.

Stark has great people. They do a great job!

Very efficient and professional

I’ve been a customer of Stark Exterminators for probably about three or four years now and have never had a single poor experience. Honorable mentioning to Roy, Thomas, and especially Nick who is the service manager. Their services are affordable if you’re on a budget, the technicians always communicate with me and have always been accommodating to my schedule as well. I appreciate also the knowledge they have about what products they’re using, how they work, and what I should expect between and immediately after service. I highly encourage anybody to give them a shot; I’ll never use another pest control service provider at this point.

Stark did my crawlspace encapsulation for a very reasonable fee, on-time, with quality materials, with respectful workers. What more could you ask for? Specifically, Chris at Stark Exterminators helped me with all of my various questions and was incredibly knowledgeable. They've done this for a long time, and they know their stuff! I received a quote from them back when they were Anchor Environmental, and Stark still honored the quote (even a year later!). Thank you all!

We've been with Anchor for years. Maynor came today to treat for mosquitoes. Friends always remark that it's amazing that we live on the water & marsh & rarely feel an insect bite! All the service reps at Anchor do their best to ensure your home is pest free. We love Anchor!

I had a problem with cockroaches and Devin arrived immediately after I called. After checking into the problem, he explained how he was going to treat the problem. Then he went to work. He completed the job efficiently and effectively. Devin was courteous and knowledgeable. I will ask for him in future visits.

Maynor arrived on time and did a great job. He is the first tech that used a broom to go around house to remove cobwebs. He wore shoe covers for inside treatment and was very respectful..
