This guy couldn't be nicer, don't know what these folks are talking about. Just came across these reviews when I was looking up the animal society, and felt like I had to voice my disagreement!

Didn't do business but the driver of the company truck is very rude. Drives very unprofessional!!!!

The gentleman Mike Hughes was very rude. All he did was trap Critters under my house and in my house and made it worse. Mike Hughes said it was my fault for leaving the back door to the garage open, which was only open for three weeks these rats have been here for over a year. I asked him some questions and he caught an attitude and left my house looking like this see photo. I would not let that guy near my house anymore, and the worst part about it is he's not ripping me off he's ripping my landlord off it's not funny. Did not let me know when he was here my dog could have got out or bit him. Very unprofessional. Mike Hughes not go under the house or even come in the house to see the issue. He says all I do is keep them from coming in the house which he totally lied about that cuz they're here. My dog is caught more rats in this yard than that guy has done I see. He is just a glorified hole filler! See photo
