The best thing I can say is, IT WORKS!!! This is the 8th year I have used Mosquito Joe at our business. It has worked so well there that I now have my home treated. It is so nice to go outside and not be attacked. I see my neighbors swatting and I just smile. I greatly appreciate your service! They're tech named Roy treated my office area this morning. He did a great job and I told the office he needs a raise. There's no doubt he cares about what he's doing. He took the time to make sure the entire property was covered. It's a very big property that's located pretty close to the Cooper River and we still don't have bug problems. That say's a lot about the job they do. The office staff is also top of the line! I would highly recommend Mosquito Joe too anyone that enjoys being outside.

Today we had Stew service our property. He listened to all of our needs and wants, was very kind and respectful, and did an amazing job! He was very thorough spraying our problem areas, taking his time to ensure a successful job. He did a great job, and we’re looking forward to having him on a regular rotation.

I have ben using mosquito Joe. For several years . Honestly , I don’t know why. The main office is in Columbia. I have had to contact them on several occasions for poor service . Examples are , getting a tag on door stating they sprayed . They left after that without spaying! I called immediately because no one sprayed . They were just saying they did . We pay more money to cover more area and frequently are not getting the areas we pay for to be sprayed. I just want people to understand you will have to monitor every thing they do to make sure you are getting what you pay for. Another issue prompted me to do this review . I am going to talk to manager to discuss current issues. Honestly , I get so tired of getting upset when I’m reliving the current problem with manager . I will give them one more chance and don’t know why . Stay tuned . I hope here will be no more problems . We will have to see . Be cautious promises , promises, . I hope they will be true for Al of their customers .

Well I was told that this is effective for an event and last approximately three weeks. This is not the case- after calling 4 days later to let them know we were driven inside the house with bugs, they told me it take multiple applications to work at all so don’t waste your money unless you want to sign a 2500 plus seasonal application. They do not back their product and I wasted 125.00 .

We never require anyone to sign a contract with us, nor do we tell our customers that they need to spend a lot of money in order to receive our services. We strive to provide outstanding service to everyone who inquires. When you called asking for a one-time treatment, our customer service representative let you know that a respray does not apply to a one-time treatment, which you confirmed. Additionally, you were informed that while a one-time treatment can provide some effectiveness, our treatments build upon one another for protection from mosquitoes, no-see-ums, and other flying pests. We were not informed as to if this was a special event spray, which we require. We hope this helps to dispel some of your frustration. I did receive great service with the old management company about a year and a half ago. Once the new management came it was hit or miss. Sometimes they would show up on my scheduled date and sometimes they wouldn't. I would receive an email stating they were coming and then someone would show up on a completely different day. I was even charged for services when no one came to my house. I finally called to cancel and they weren't apologetic or nor did they ask why I cancelled my service. I was a customer for a very long time.

I usually don’t write reviews much, I am not too happy with the service. I had paid $90 for mosquito and fly treatment only 2 days ago. The gentle man was very nice. He was sprayed on the grass, but didn’t spay under the porch or the front of the house. So we stand on the porch and the front of the house, mosquitoes are all over me. I called the company back to asked if they can help us to spray again. The lady answered the phone wanted us to pay for another service which I just paid 2 days ago or have to sign up for their program. How do I sign up for the company that I called to come back, but they refused to their job right. At least they should give me first impression so me to sign up or call them again, but seem like they don’t care. I asked her if she was in my situation, does she happy with the service? If she is happy with my $90, please take it and sleep well. Yes The gentleman he didn’t spray the back and front nor under the porch. Please. He only spray one side of the house. That is all. He spent about 5 minutes to sprayed.

We let you know that for one-time treatments, we don't offer a re-spray, that is something we offer for our clients who have regular service or select the barrier treatment plan. Our barrier spray clients do have a re-spray opportunity after two treatments as part of this program. When you called to ask for a booster, we reminded you of our policy, and that you had chosen the one-time treatment option when you signed up for service. I called to inquire about services and didn't actually commit to the service. But they decided to show up anyway and spray my yard without my consent and then had the nerve to bill me $80 for the spray that didnt even begin to eliminate the pest issue. This is a shady business all around and i would not recommend them. Do yourself a service and go elsewhere. There are cheaper options.
