We love getting our pest and termite service from Cingo. They are extremely friendly, focus on customer service, and schedule with plenty of notice and send a picture and name of the technician that will be servicing our property. I would highly recommend them for any of their services.

I haven’t seen a bug of any kind with Congo treatment. I did once, and when I called they were back in a couple of days, and the issue disappeared and never came back. I am very happy with Cingo.

I haven't had any interior treatment for some time.
The inspection that Cingo did of the house we are buying was well done. There were a few things that the inspector was not able to get to but they were not his fault. Overall they did a very professional job and the report that was prepared was excellent.
Do not use Cingo for any home inspections. There negligence has costed many people in the Balckshear/ Waycross lots of money. Ryan Cox and Rodney Hope have no clue how to do a proper inspection!
Tried 4 times to call and was disconnected each time. 5/9/17 2:45pm. New phone system?

Yes they are reasonably priced, however, the service was horrible. Had to call differnet 3 times to schedule a cl100 for our house. The week before we close I finally call again and complain about no hearing back and then they called within 20 minutes to schedule everything. After hoping things would get better. The day comes for the inspection and 10 comes and goes and he never shows. Finally called about 1030 and asks what time the appointment was for! After telling him I had plans at 12 to please be here by then, he goes to my neighbors house across the street. Not even to the correct address. Insane lack of communication on someone's part and I'm not speaking of myself! Hope others experience is better than mine was!
