Made 3 visits to assess problem and to reassure us we did not have bedbugs. Very patient, friendly, and thorough. No charge since it is on yearly contract.

If I could give Edwin 1,000,000 stars, I absolutely would! I've been a customer with AllPro Pest Management for years, and Edwin has been taking care of my home for much of that time. He's one of those rare people you actually look forward to seeing. He's always friendly, professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. Over the years, he's gone above and beyond to work around my crazy schedule, make sure every concern I have is taken care of, and never makes me feel like I'm asking too much. No matter what I need, he always takes the time to help and makes sure everything is handled right. What started as a service appointment years ago has honestly turned into a friendship. We've had so many great conversations over the years, and it's been a pleasure getting to know him. As I'm getting ready to move out of town, one of the things I'll genuinely miss is seeing Edwin during my pest service visits. AllPro is lucky to have someone like him representing their company. If I could give ZERO stars I would. When we moved into our house in 2020 the previous owners had used All Pro Pest Control so we continued. We would pay $250 a year for them to barely ever come out and assess our house. I would have to call to request. My husband took off work for the scheduled appointment and they no call/no showed. When I called to reschedule, I was told they came by. I have a locked 8 foot privacy fence so knew that was a lie. I called and spoke to the owner and he never apologized and said they were short staffed and the $250 covered IF something were to happen. I stopped paying since we were not getting any service and was given a letter terminating our contract. We have been using a new termite company and they have noticed EXTENSIVE termite damage that has been active for YEARS!!! Thanks to the lack of accountability and reliability of All Pro we are fixing issues that should have never occurred if All Pro had done their job.

I have been using AllPro since 2010 and Edwin is amazing! They treat interior/exterior/fleas/roaches and mosquitos! Having an out door party? Mosquito treatment. Have 5 cats? lol flea treatment. Found a roach? Then 5000? You already know. They respect and respond to your home like it was their own personal home. Lifer here!
