George is fantastic! We called him for help with some mice sightings in our home. He came out the next day to help us. Then we had a giant hornets nest and another rodent sighting which he came out again the next day to help with. His prices are VERY fair and he’s extremely knowledgeable. We are very grateful for George’s help rectifying our pest situation.

I HIGHLY recommend NE Region Pest Control, George was very responsive and came to inspect my property for termites within days of speaking on the phone. He is extremely knowledgeable (I learned a lot about termites!), identified the infested area of my home, did a thorough inspection of the premises, and outlined what he needed to do for treatment. I had another consultation scheduled, but after the price he quoted me, I knew I would not be able to get a better price elsewhere. And, the price quoted included a one year warranty. As a plus, there was no added pressure to sign up for additional services, which is why I avoided the big name companies and opted for a small locally owned business. For all of your pest issues, you can't go wrong with NE Region Pest Control!!

After calling around to a few different places my neighbor recommended NE Pest Control. I'm so happy I decided to use them. The other pest companies was quoting me well over $500 (picture attached) for a wasp nest... NE Pest came today, knocked it down... and turn it out was only the foam used to fill in holes. Smh... didn't charge me at all. I'll definitely be using them for future issues...

They came and sprayed yellow jacket nest. It did not kill the bees. Promised to come back and do it again. Never saw them again. Asked for a refund still haven't heard from them. Not happy to being taken for money.

You did called again and we did explain there would be another charge and we had intermittent weather several days later and you said you talk to your husband about another service charge.There was a huge gap of silence until now with a 1 star review and a refund request. None of this makes sense. I hired George in May of this year to treat moles and voles in my yard. I paid 500.00 up front for 2 treatments. George promptly made the first treatment. I was informed that he would return late August. He was and still is a no show. George will not answer my calls. He just texts me back informing me that he will be there in a day or so. Again, no show. It's been so long in between treatments that the pests are back just as bad as before the first application. Hence, the first treatment is deemed useless. People who take money and don't fulfill their duties should not be allowed to have a business. Next step is the Better Business Bureau! I will do all I can do to get your license pulled!!!

Before you wrote your review I really wish you addressed the situation with me. Your are now targeting all obstacles to attack me at this point. I will be emailing you every service that was performed and every dollar you paid for was full-filled. Leaving a review is your right to have your opinion but explaining in this review that you will do anything it takes to take my license away is steep over Voles. I'm done with this at this point you will see all services were performed as our system has an integrated onsite GPS location marker when on your property and the system doesn’t lie. And if you were experiencing an issue back in May on 1st treatment why didn’t you ask for a refund then or a simple text or call to explain. In June you seemed fine with the service when you gave me permission to treat for Ants inside the home. I didn’t hear anything was wrong with the 1st treatment. I was there last week you know. I'm going to send you access to the client portal to view everything. I'm asking you to stop attacking my business as I will have to take the next step to stop this. Doesn’t or didn’t have to go like this. Please look out for the email I will send to you to finalize this. Thank you (THIS EMAIL WAS SENT TO THE CUSTOMER)

I can't say enough good things about my experience with George from Northeast Region Pest Control (NRPC). He was in touch with me within minutes of me completing the outreach form, stopped by for an inspection later that day, and helped us understand exactly what he'd do to both clean rodent droppings in our unfinished basement and make sure they wouldn't come back. And importantly, as the father of a 1-year, everything George uses for pest control is organic and non-toxic. I truly can't recommend NRPC enough. They're inexpensive, deliver incredible service, and George couldn't be more friendly or professional. An excellent experience.
