I had called Guardian Pest Control only two days ago to come out to my home to treat for mice and was given a quote right over the phone and their soonest appointment (today). Jacob was who came by and he was so friendly, professional, and informative. As a first time home owner, I had a lot of anxiety over this but he walked me through the process of setting traps and how mice typically get into homes as well as the company’s follow up visits— he kept it honest which helped put my mind at ea

So far Guardian has been great. Sam is our usual technician, always courteous, efficient and considerate for our pets. We're on the gold shield plan since we bought the house, and haven't had any issues. They didn't come to the door as soon as we moved in like others, they weren't pushy, but were recommended to us by neighbors and friends. Always really transparent and professional.
