Budget has been the best. Termites gone. We have them check once a year. When we have issues we just call and they take care if it.

I have been dealing with Budget for many years so that should speak for itself. I dealt with them for a monthly service at my business, Weinorama, as well as a quarterly service for my home which I still continue with. If a run into any issues certain times of the year I make a phone call and the girls in the office get me in touch with a technician right away. They are also very pleasant on the phone. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing service at an affordable price !

Joe has been our technician for the past 15 years. He is always reliable and always answers his phone if an issue arises. Just text him to ask him to come by for another treatment as I saw a few more ants. He was on vacation and still responded. I hope you are paying him good money as you do not see this kind of commitment in today’s job market.

I called Budget with carpenter ant issue. They were very helpful on phone, offered reasonable pricing and came the same day. I was so relieved and haven't seen an ant since. The great customer service was much appreciated. I would highly recommend!!

I called this morning and had a squirrel and a bird nest issue. I am a first time homeowner so I don’t know how this process works and this was disclosed during the phone call. The guy I was on the phone with was very knowledgeable which is appreciated but VERY RUDE at the end. I kept asking questions to clarify and his tone appeared very snappy and did not let me speak. I just hung up instead of having someone talk over me. I’m not calling them ever again!

Been waiting almost 2 months for a termite treatment. Paid for the service upfront with a check. They have cashed my check and have never come and do the service. I called about it last week and the office person there said someone will call back to schedule. Still waiting for the phone call. Never had problems until this year.

Hi Folks be very careful with Budget Termite & Pest Control, I recently had service with them to remove mice and they stated at the end that it comes with a 3 month warranty, however the warranty starts on day one of the service and the service went on 3 treatments every two weeks, for six weeks, Following the third treatment, there was still activity of mice nibbling on the poison, yet they decided and I quote, " we can't stay forever, stated by the President of the company George, So they made that the last treatment, I was also informed I was halfway through my warranty when they stated they had completed the job instead of starting the warranty when the service was completed. I Never received a written contract this was all verbal as well! Had they started the warranty when they finished their treatment End of January, (which is typical) I would still be under the warranty, my tenant contacted me stating she just saw a mouse in her apartment, when I called Budget to come out the response I received was it will cost you 150.00 for us to come out, I just paid them $300, two months ago however, they refused to come out to take care of it under this service they want to start a new service because they stated the warranty had expired, but that is because they started the warranty on the first day they came out and not when the job was completed, oh and as far as I am concerned the job was not completed, the mice were still active in the home. So folks be real careful using this company without a written contract or frankly using them at all!!!

Budget came out two times for bed bugs and still did not get them.
