Fox continues to provide a great service to reduce the presence of mice in our house. Brian is knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. He did a complete job of checking and servicing all bate stations and updating the rodent control measures in place.

I just signed up and have been waiting for four hours for the tech to show up. I called twice and the people answering the phone have no idea where the tech is.

I have never been happier with a company than I have with Fox Pest Control. 1. Calling the office is easy and enjoyable. You don't have to wait for someone to answer. Then they greet you and are pleasant. That's the first impression. You smile when you hang up. 2. You receive a text and a phone call from the technician. They greet you at the door with a smile and introduce themselves. They reiterate what they are going to do. They are efficient and very clean. Before they leave, they go over directions one more time. I always receive a follow-up within the time frame promised. 3. I have been assigned the same technicians, which I like, because they know my house inside and out. 4. Overall, I give the company, the technicians, the phone staff and everyone else in between the highest grades of satisfaction. I am a very happy customer. This was not an approved service by the homeowner. The homeowner called Fox Pest Control towards the end of the week of March 9th, knowing that an upcoming service was to be performed and told one of the representative's at Fox Pest Control that I wanted possible service in April instead and that I would call to possibly reschedule at that time. The original date of the scheduling was March 16th, so the representative said he would make note of it and wait for my call in April. Instead, without my knowledge Fox Pest Control came to my home on March 19th without any phone call before or a phone call stating that the service guy would be on it's way, a service that use to be protocol in the past, although it has not happened in the last year. I was home all day and no one knocked on the door to let me know that they were there. Instead they left a sign outside indicating that they were there. I as a homeowner am appalled at the way this service was handled since I did not want them here until possibly April. I called the office and they told me it had to be performed because it was a quarterly service and it was within there time frame that the service be done. As far as I am concerned I am the homeowner and the time frame was not convenient for me. I feel they were being very sneaky about how they went about this service on the March 19th and this has happened many times before in the last year. No calls letting the homeowner know that they are coming and never completing the service as I usually have them do inside basement dusting for cobwebs, but of course, that did not happen because I did not know they were there. The representative said they would send someone back; in which, that has happened before as well....so inconvenient and not necessary when they could just call prior. Part of the reason for my decision to wait until April was to rethink whether I wanted to continue with Fox Pest Control at all. Originally, contacting them was to help with mice control and there methods were not working for me. Bait boxes with poison only brought in more mice dieing in the house and a rat, yes a rat. Instead, I just put down in the cellar Tom Cat traps for the last year and that has worked perfectly for me without any of these other disgusting issues. My other concerns is the spraying of chemicals along the outside outer landscape an environmental issue that I have been reading about and felt that I need to be more environmental friendly with our wildlife. These are just a couple of issues that have made me want to rethink having Pest Control at all. The representative stated he would take a portion of the monies to be paid off my bill. I on the other hand feel that I should not be paying anything at all since I stated I did not want anybody out here until April possibly.

Brian is wonderful to work with, always ready and willing to dig around wherever needed to find the source of an issue, and there are rarely issues now that he’s managing things at my house. He is extremely knowledgeable.

I don’t know how could possibly be more disappointed in your services in general. I had a technician show up at my house today with 15 minutes notice. This was NOT. A scheduled service. I have cameras on every part of my home. Not only did the technician break into my house, the notes indicate a full service. The tech was on site for less than 6 minutes. He touched only the front of my house. All of the notes of inspecting the putter perimeter and applying the service was an absolute lie. On my last call I asked for the full service that I’ve been paying for to be performed, and absolutely nothing I asked for was accomplished. Every time I call in I’m told my services cannot be canceled ahead of my 1 year “commit” which is forced into auto renewal. Also, every time I call in somehow what is covered with me service changes. The service is terrible, the scheduling process is inconsistent and unreliable and Fox broke into my home while I was away. Nothing about my time with your service has been enjoyable.

A total WASTE of my time and $$$; could not control mice after c. 6 months. Not sure what they were doing but the infestation only worse; could not even get a clear/direct response from anyone. DONE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU/THEM.

Person have misrepresented the work done. In his report He wrote down services he did not perform later claiming that he made a mistake. He was also lying that he couldn’t enter the basement while I personally left the door open. This is not necessary my reflection on this company as they had a good people sent my experience with Devon is not good. I will ask you to send someone else in the future if we are to continue to use your service

The technician never even came in the house to inspect our mouse baits. The technician also arrived at our home 40 minutes after the time frame that she/he gave me which was extremely inconvenient. I am beyond irritated and angry about this.

The most frustrating service. They say they will call you 30 min before they arrive, they text you five minutes before. They say they are going to refund you when they don’t perform the service properly, they don’t execute it. You talk to multiple people, and still need to speak with a manager because the notes are not detailed correctly. Super expensive for mediocre service. They charge you 290 for the first visit and they only fill the smallest holes. It’s also a subscription model that you have no choice but to pay.

DO NOT USE FOX PEST! UPDATE: Despite Fox Pest replying to my review and saying they reached out, I have called numerous times and get the same “someone will reach out.” They damaged my house on two occasions now and deny all wrongdoing. PLEASE read rest of my review so they don’t do this to anyone else but look elsewhere for bug control! I have a natural wood door at my home and the chemicals that Fox sprayed over the summer left a white coating everywhere they sprayed. When i tried to wipe the white coating off, the varnish finish was flaking underneath. I called Fox and a tech came out and they were not sure what caused the white residue but we agreed for them to continue service but were not supposed to spray the door. A few weeks later they came out for the next quarterly treatment and sprayed the wood doors YET AGAIN! With the varnish flaking from the previous visit, now the chemical starting eating through the stain. This occurred in June and I have been trying to get someone from the company to give me a call back for MONTHS. This is also the second time that they have done damage to my house, previously it was a scratched window pane. I provided Fox with all pictures as well as videos from my security cameras evidencing the damage and the spraying, and I cannot get a phone call back. They originally tried saying that none of their chemicals would cause such damage. However, I have pictures and videos of the door immediately before they sprayed and a day later when the white residue appears. Tough to lie in 2025 with all the technology we have! Beware!!!

Just had the yard sprayed again for mosquito and again we are over run with them. I have called and emailed to let them know over the past months that the mosquito spray is ineffective and I am stuck until the contract runs out, no refunds or any effort on their part to remedy this. . Do not waste your money on their mosquito service. Horrible Gave one star because there was no option for zero

We hired them to do quarterly inspections and treatments. They were good at depositing those monthly payments, but when we had an infestation by a pest covered under our agreement, they were unable or unwilling to deliver on their guarantee, and we had to hire another company to fix it.

I have had inconsistent customer service since February, when I began treatment for mice. 6 months later I still have mice and the customer service quality has been disappointing and frustrating. Now actively looking to take my business elsewhere despite being a customer for several years.

Salesman did everything he could to make me change from another company. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and switched because their granular is supposed to help with rabbits. For one, whatever they did made the mosquitos worse got eaten alive when the previous company had them under control. They kept telling me they could do another spray. When the salesman tells me they’re the best that’s what you expect. But I’m not waiting multiple weeks for “their” spray to start working. I don’t believe any of that nonsense anyways. Emailed multiple times no answer at all. Called and got serious attitude from the secretary that answered the phone when I said I wanted to cancel. Don’t waste your time or money. If the salesmen come to your door be adamant and tell them to keep going.
