Cobra Pest Control

A waste of my time. They placed three mice traps, probably this product doesn't sell in any store, not even for a dollar. I wouldn't buy it, I already have D-Con traps. However, the landlord insisted on this pest control visit. They didn't even spend five minutes in the apartment, and for that, I took a day off of work. Could have been much easier if they just hung a bag with the three traps on my door. Not even an ant would go in those traps the Cobra Pest Control brought here. They should be ashamed for bothering people with these cheap and useless products.

If i could give Rob and Robin 6 stars i would. After rebuilding a house with a troubled past I soon realized the rodent problem of before still existed. After using a billboard pest control company that did next to nothing i was happy to find Rob. He caulked the entire underside of my house to keep mice from getting back in and his control efforts were 4-5 times what the previous pest control company did. Unlike other companies that just want to keep you on an endless service contract Rob tells you up front he wants to solve your problem and not have to return. He also offers a 1 year guarantee!

I called cobra for a recent discovery of bats. They came back with an incredibly fair quote, and came the filling week. Rob from cobra came out and not only got rid of my bats using humane practices, he went above and beyond to help seal and protect my gutters. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very thankful.

Rob was great. He was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. Our issue was bats getting into the attic and making their way into the basement. Rob took care of it. He also stopped the grasshoppers from getting into the basement through the bulk head. I highly recommend him if you have any pest issues at your home.

When there was concern about termites in our deck, Rob promptly inspected the area and surrounding space, reassuring us that there were no termites present. Always a good experience with Rob and the team at Cobra. Used them a couple of times now. Both successful. Very responsive. Rob is very honest, professional, forthright.

The company laid out a handful of traps a handful of years ago and then ghosted us. They never responded to inquiries and never dealt with the requested problem with squirrels in the attic. Perhaps the technician was going through something at the time, but the lack of professionalism and attention was soundly disappointing.

Rob took care of some yellowjackets we had under a tree. He showed up on time, explained the problem and solved the problem! All for a very fair price. Though I hope to not have a pest problem, this is the company I would call if I did!

I had originally given them a bad review due to a major miscommunication with this company(I have since deleted). I reached out on social media after a bit and Rob answered me pretty quickly. He scheduled and came out within a couple of days to fix our issue. Also performed an additional inspection. He and Robin in the office were extremely helpful and you can tell Rob is experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you both!!!!!

Rob and his team were great. We had some bats get into an outside wall. Terminix tried numerous times and failed. I then called Rob. They came over promptly, found several areas that needed sealing, installed a way one door and the problem was eliminated! Really great service and professionalism. Highly recommended.
