I would take a mouse infestation any day over dealing with this nightmare of a company! Months after we took care of the mice problem ourselves, we are still trying to get our contract cancelled after being promised multliple times that it was and no work ever being performed. Completely incompetent company. We have tried to schedule a treatment with them 6 times now, and they either NEVER SHOW UP or show up SUPER EARLY before they are supposed to and then leave when no one answers the door. Communication is next to NOTHING - no one answers their phone. Customer support "helps you out", but even they can't get ahold of technicians. Simply put, unless you want another headache on top the headache you are currently dealing with, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM TERMINIX AS POSSIB

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, and is honestly a scam. I have learned my lesson to look at reviews from now on, because had I seen all of the 1 star reviews, I wouldn’t have paid for their services.
