Once again I have absolutely no idea how “you “ did. I was not at home. I have had no luck changing your schedule online. If I try it just cancels my appointment. I am unable to request a specific time unless I call your operations manager- it’s ridiculous for you to tell your customers that they can choose when to have service, as you make it very difficult and cumbersome for us to request a specific time. I will not be renewing my contract. I will be calling to schedule another appointment

Their sales people are extremely pushy and arrogant. Had one show up at my parents place the other day while I happened to be there. Man would not go away until my Dad had signed a 2 year contract at $100 a month, whether they had bug problems or not. Wouldn't even give him time to do any research on the company before the salesman got his signature then moved onto the next neighbor. Save your time and money. Find some other company. If I could give less stars I would TOTAL SCAM!! Sold a package by a fast talking "used car" salesman for Aptive. The package was $298 for four quarterly treatments. We paid up front thinking we were good for the year. We received 1 treatment then were charged for the second $149. No refund NO response after a month of trying from the sales person.
