I would take a mouse infestation any day over dealing with this nightmare of a company! Months after we took care of the mice problem ourselves, we are still trying to get our contract cancelled after being promised multliple times that it was and no work ever being performed. I won't include the detailed report we have had to submit to the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau, but after paying a lot of money for a foundation seal up and dryer vent replacement and having multiple techs sh

The other was very polite but left the door to my house wide open to plug in an extension cord on an inside circuit and I have indoor cats, then came in to use the bathroom and an left interior door open to a room the cats cannot be in. He should have asked before going into the house and leaving the outside door open. But again, they did a good job and cleaned up when they were done. Would have been five st
