David the technician was irresponsible and rude. We made accommodations TWICE with our infant at home so he could come and provide the services we requested and he was surprised when we canceled our business. . He changed the appointment time twice in the same day then had the nerve to say “better to not deal with people like you.” Absolutely unnecessary and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
