Terra Pest Management Specialists

Terra has been providing me with quarterly pest control services. The technician is always very friendly and takes the time to ask about my concerns and address them accordingly. I’ve been very satisfied.

This review is long overdue, but the service we received back in August 2025 truly deserves recognition. We had an urgent issue with a black yellow jacket nest in our backyard and a family gathering scheduled for the following day, so the situation was stressful. The company responded quickly and handled the matter without any delays. Francisco Lara, who came out to remove the nest, was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He explained everything clearly and successfully removed the entire nest in one single visit. Thanks to their quick response and excellent work, our backyard was safe and ready for our family event. I would absolutely recommend this company and Francisco in particular to anyone dealing with a similar problem. Excellent service all around.

Reese was very through and concerned. He quizzed me about my concerns and responded appropriately. I’m very pleased with his workmanship and courtesy.

Nick answered all of my questions and after a few weeks I called back to proceed with their services. He was able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. Francisco showed up and listened to all my concerns. I’m so glad I chose them. Our yard backs up to a canal and the mosquito bites were unbearable. For the first time we were able to have a game day with zero bites. Whatever they use, it’s awesome. Thank you for everything.

We've been lucky enough to have Pat as our technician for over a year, both at our previous home and now at our new home. Pat is responsive, timely, informative, and meticulous. He is always thorough at each appointment and reviews all aspects that do or could possibly cause issues in the future. He has successfully treated for ants, spiders, other pests, and even caught a HUGE hornets nest that we never even noticed that could have been an enormous issue for us within the proceeding weeks. He is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable!

Pat is a great technician to deal with. Friendly, good communication, a straight shooter who knows his profession well, and will steer you correctly. I would recommend Pat to anyone with pest control needs. When our next issues arise, I'm looking forward to working with Pat on the problem.

Had great experiences with your Lawn Care Services division (again just this past week with spring cleanup and mulching - the house looks amazing!) so we thought we'd do more with you. Terra products and services are awesome! We use their lawn care and today we visited with Pat from their pest control division. He was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. The office team is also amazing - I have worked with Penny, Kristen and Michelle and they are all so kind and helpful.

Over the years we've tried several bug extermination companies and never have we had a good experience, until we started working with Pat from Terra. Pat is the only one who has gone above and beyond for us, willing to come inside, get out onto the roof, in the attic, and do whatever it took so we would feel comfortable with the job being done. Pat is super professional and very friendly and we always enjoy working with him.
