As someone who is terrified of all bugs, especially the ones that bite or sting, you can imagine my horror at discovering wasps in my house this morning. I have had a different popular pest control company that I pay monthly and they essentially told me to wait until sometime next week before they could get a tech out to handle this issue. I immediately turned to Google to find someone local who could hopefully get me in same-day, and found Quality Degree Pest Control. I cannot thank Mary (thank you Mary!!!) and Michael enough for taking on my case. Michael made sure to explain the service to me, worked with me to figure out the best method to control this issue going forward, and took additional time surveying other areas of my house that I had mentioned having other issues with. In my opinion, Mary and Michael did everything they could to make me feel supported, and I genuinely cannot remember the last time I felt so listened to in a pest control service appointment. Their prices are great for all that they offer, and I will be working with them moving forward. I am so grateful to have found a local company that feels like they really care about your family and your pets' safety. Thank you guys!!!

Mike was our pest control expert a few years ago and he was fantastic. When we heard that he is now working with Quality Degree, we signed up immediately. As expected, he didn't disappoint! Mike is knowledgeable, personable, and professional, and we take great comfort knowing that he is on top of our pest control needs. He understands our issues and treats our property accordingly. I cannot say enough good things about him. (Can you tell??) And Mary is always so friendly and helpful. I'm calling in a few days to schedule some HVAC work!

We have been using Quality Degree Pest Control for a little over a year now and couldn't be happier.
