I had a very disappointing experience with Axiom Pest Control. I signed up for a one-year service agreement because I genuinely believed we would be staying in our home much longer. Unfortunately, just three months later, we found out we had to move. The salesperson told me I could cancel at any time without any issues, which was a major reason I agreed to sign up. Before my service even started, I also had a welcome call with the company, and at no point was an early termination fee mentioned. When I called to cancel, I was suddenly told there was a significant early termination fee. The representative insisted it had been disclosed, but I was never informed of it during the sales process or the welcome call. Had I known about such a costly fee, I would have never signed the agreement. I feel the sales process was misleading, and the company was unwilling to work with me despite my circumstances. I understand contracts are important, but customers should be given clear and honest information upfront so they can make an informed decision.

Visit after visit and Year after year, I am always pleased with my Pointe Pest service providers. I had not met Mark prior. He reached out when he was on his way. Always helpful for us so we can scramble to put the dogs away. He listened to my concerns and addressed the areas I was most concerned with, he took his time and didn’t rush through any part of the visit. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and also funny. We chatted about gaming, pets, etc. These details are always important to me, for my home and my family.
