They seem to do a decent job My only complaint is that we never know when they're coming or if they've been here or not until we get the bill and then we can't discuss anything with them any issues or anything. I just wish they could come to the door during NORMAL hours like 9 to 5 but this morning they were here at 7:36 in the morning so I'm glad they didn't come to the door. I finally remembered to call them and they're going to take care of the issue we have with small teeny tiny ants in the kitchen not a lot of them just a few here and there but if he'd have been come here at normal hours and asked me how things were going, he could have fixed it while he was here. Anyway, that's my only complaint other than that they do a good job.

Does not perform repairs to keep rodents from entering the crawl space. Does not crawl the underside of the house. Walks the perimeter to see if they can find entry points for outside. Will not perform any repairs and only uses remedial pest control. Did not know the difference between dry wood termites and subterranean termites.

Hi there! As I stated on the phone- we do minor patch up work. Anything major needs to be done by the home owner. However, we do give recommendations on what needs to be done. We also do not need to crawl in the entire crawl space to service for rodent control. <br><br>I’m sorry you felt the need to give us a 1 start review when we have not done any business with you. I simply asked why you thought you had dry wood termites because we do not have those in the northwest- it sounded like damp wood termites.

This company is great. We have used them for about 5 years now and I have no complaints. Joe is very knowledgeable and even got rid of ground wasps that we had.
