Company used to be great to work with. My wife and I both have told countless people to use them because they used to be a great company. Not any more! Service has went downhill, We have asked repeatedly for paper billing or to even see a bill/payment history. The office staff is the most inept people I have ever worked with. We have 2 properties around the corner from each other. 1/3 of the time they miss one property but still want full payment.
