Mackenzie was awesome! She was wonderful with our kids. Very friendly and had so many tips and bug facts. Made the whole experience fun for everyone. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Discovering lice can be stressful, but we definitely had a great experience and feel better having everyone checked and cleared.

The toughest thing we do it work on educating you and your family so that you understand the how's and why's of lice. In a stressful situation, Tammy always makes us feel at ease. This has been our third visit and as embarrassing as it may feel, Tammy treats us with respect and dignity. Her calming presence and demeanor allows us to feel safe and in good hands. She recommends the right products and gives us reminders and follow up instructions. Three times? I hope you consider out Membership Protection Plan. This is the answer for those worried about lice and repeat clients. It provides peace-of-mind and includes monthly screens and 2 annual treatments if needed. Most people do not know where their lice infestation came from, so this is the best way to protect against another infestation.

OMG Tammy is amazing!!!! She helped me and my daughter. So friendly, informative, and kind. We were feeling low about the situation and she was 100/10. She checked us both.
