Amazing customer service!

Very impressed with the customer service I experienced and will continue to use Evergreen for beneficials for my collection. I placed my order based on referall from a friend and they were SO responsive. They helped explain best options for my problem and set up (spider mites and low humidity etc). I always got a reply within a day and my order shipped exactly when it was supposed to with next day shipping from Oregon to Colorado. The most sensitive part of my order didn't make it and they replaced it for me quickly, the replacement was great. I was new to most of what I ordered and Stacie was sooo patient and nice with me over the phone telling me what to look for as a quality check on all of my order. Fair pricing and good quality bugs and AMAZING customer service. I saw the swirskii going to town the next day! Thanks so much to Evergreen team specially Stacie!! Me and my 100+ houseplants are happy campers.

I wasted Margaret's time (quite a bit) due to my ignorance. But she was patient, sincere, and encouraged me to check out some other information prior to doing any orders (on the chance that it won't necessarily work out based on my limited research and localization). Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable; when my package arrived a bit late and mites were dead (through no fault of the seller’s) they sent a new one out right away that arrived on time & all were alive and well. I can’t recommend this place strongly enough!!

Great company!! I had a few beatles in my shipment that were dead. I live in Florida and it's hot right now. They provided me with a replacement and answered my emails immediately. I will order from this company every year just because I know they will ship me exactly what I've ordered.

A friend recommended I reach out to Ever Green Growers to help get over a recent pest issue. Being new to using beneficials in my IPM the staff was amazing, helping me navigate these practices and integrating them into my current practices. They are wonderful communicating via phone and email which was helpful for me dealing with the issue at hand. Bugs came in with excellent climate control packaging ensuring the population of beneficial arrived in healthy conditions. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with EGS and their customer service and products are top notch. I found thrips on my plants and placed an order for lacewing larvae, and then immediately got a call from Kayla letting me know the hexcells were not as viable and the fresh ones sold out. She went above and beyond at adjusting my order, providing recommendations, and then also providing samples in my shipment so I can kick my thrips problem ASAP! SUPER grateful for the amazing customer service! Great packaging every time as well so the bugs actually arrive alive unlike other companies I've used.

Great source for beneficial bugs! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and website is a great source of information as well. Very easy and affordable to get these shipped to my house to take care of my houseplants as well as my garden.

DO NOT BUY! I recently tried Evergreen Growers Supply for the first time. I purchased a natural predator of spider mites, used the entire bottle on only a few plants, and nothing happened. The spider mites continued on and eventually destroyed several plants. I realize the high heat could have been the issue, so I messaged the company in hopes to try again or get some clarity, and they decided just to ignore the emails. Go to any other company, don't get scammed like me.

Should be called evergreen no supply. I was charged For aproduct that was dead although they wouldn't let me pick up the dead product I was being charged for, I was 2 days late retrieving them. I suspect they resold them. Previously during a long holiday an order sat for a week and when I went to retrieve them they "verified" the product still alive. So a week is ok but 2days and they die? Also the mite outbreak seemed to get worse after using their product leading me to believe that spider mites may have been in one of the products I purchased from them. USE Arbico.

So at first the bugs were alive but lately dead. I truly believe they r giving spider mites to customers. I ordered there bugs as a IPM protocol. I have not had spider mites in years but when I start ordering from Evergreen all of a sudden I have the worst spider mite infestation I have ever had the only input was there bugs.This is the most dishonest and horrible place. Do not give your credit card number. This place will charge your card even though I never authorized them too. Please find another place to buy your bugs.

After placing an order in person, they failed to notify us of the arrival of out order. Then they attempted to charge us for bugs we never received. We also never received a phone call or email from them, and they have multiple phone numbers for us as well as email. Often I sects purchased arrived mostly dead anyway, but continued purchasing from the for convenience z no more.

Slow, dishonest. Placed an order Wednesday, next day shipping. It's Saturday, so I'll probably need my bugs when Evergreen decides I need them. My balance after laying what I ordered for is +$40. For what??? Check your bugs, they sell them dead, do not refund you your money. My place is climate controlled, no changes, no pesticides. They tried to convince me that it's my fault they died and didn't do their job.
