Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

Jon has been performing pest inspections and remediation at my family’s place for years. We had an initial crisis with field mice that has now turned into something much more manageable and stable. He does a thorough job inspecting the property and I can’t tell you invaluable it is to have the same trust worthy person consistently managing this for us. I’ll never forget the first assessment/walk through he did with us. As we were standing around the kitchen giving him background he held his fingers to lips indicating that he wanted us to be quiet. Then he gently removed the filter on the oven range and hit the hood and a mouse came out. He’s honestly should have his own reality show.

Our home was supposed to be serviced today by Brandon. He is usually the one that services our home. I was home today during the time he supposedly serviced my house. We were charged $109 for a service we are certain did not happen today. The first person i spoke to was not helpful or polite and I had to speak to the office manager who was much more professional on the phone. She spoke to his supervisor and she came back on the line to tell me he would come back to handle the concerns I had. Shortly after hanging up, Brandon called and sarcastically argued with me and tried to justify his lack of service rather than having a helpful, fix-it attitude. He services our neighbors and I believe he marked our house as serviced rather than doing it as I would have been alerted to a person on the property. Ive been with this company for 10 years. It used to have a 5 star review from me but since switching technicians, our customer service has gone down and we've been billed for services we did not recieve and I had proof via security camera showing no property activity on day of supposed service. We will be dropping this service as our technician does not exercise good customer service skills at all when he is questioned for lying about providing services. The first office person I spoke to was argumentative and unpleasant. I cant believe after 10 years we have to cancel. Its a huge disappointment to us that they are eager to take money out of our account and provide no customer satisfaction. I will no longer be recommending this company to friends and family.

I called to cancel a service and was told that the policy had changed and instead of offering the service quarterly I would need to cal them monthly if I wished to cancel the service. This happened after a long hold time with an eventual option to have a call back. I decided to just cancel the service. I was told I could start the service again but it would have an initial fee of unknown amount. The agent could not cancel our service herself. The account manager would have to call me back. I am still waiting for this to happen. This kind of communication does not lead to customer confidence.

I wouldn’t recommend this company because no one shows up. At first my husband called and no one bothered to call him back. My biggest fault was calling again. I called, they gathered my information and the problem, set up an inspection date and time range, said the service tech would call 1 hour before arriving…no one ever called, no one ever showed up. That’s terrible customer service and super disrespectful. I waited around all day, even past my scheduled inspection time in case someone was running behind, stuff happens. Again, my fault for giving this place too many chances. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

Met with Jeremy and another guy regarding termites. He advised that it was not termites, but beetles. I needed an estimate for treating termites due to the repair addendum in the sale of my mothers home. We only had a week until closing and he advised that he could have the treatment done by closing. Received no estimate. I called twice, email through the website and the realtor has tried getting in contact with him. No luck. Would not recommend this company if it was the only one in the state!

We started with the inspection for a quote. I was informed they require monthly Pest Control Agreement for the warranty on other services. He was rude, disrespectful and condascending. I'm taking my business and money to another business.

They keep coming after your contract with them ends. If you forget your contract is up they still come and charge you. Then if you dont pay it right away you get sent to collections. Probably been notified three times about this balance in a short period of time and when I didn't have the money. Now I have them on my collections for $118. Thanks guys!

Started off with scheduling issues. Had two techs assigned to my job in Lebanon for a rental. Got that sorted out after a handful of phone calls. The tech showed up, and I only know that because the tenant said they did. I never received a call, and two phone calls have gone unreturned. It’s been two weeks. Apparently they told my tenant they couldn’t/wouldn’t help, and then told them they need to jack up the foundation (5,000 sf house) to give them better access. Are you kidding me? Absolutely will not use this company, and I don’t recommend you do either. Although I would still be interested in hearing from someone, anyone, at the company to find out why they’ve refused to help.

I have had a very poor experience with this company. A salesman came and made his pitch to my wife and I saying that the first application, and the follow up would be free, only to learn he had lied and we were charged for it anyways. The product they use doesn’t seem to work, as the spiders we have encountered since we started with them have increased in numbers in size. I’ve had them out to respray only to then be told the technician they sent out didn’t do the work and didn’t leave a note or call saying he hadn’t done anything. Overall, not happy at all with the company and I would recommend anyone else.

I was in the market for a pest control company because I knew I had a mouse that found its way inside and I thought I was fortunate enough when Nathan, from Pointe Pest Control came knocking on my door. I signed up for their contract. My initial payment was for 150. I was told they had to come back in 30 days to spray again to get a barrier around my home. I thought the second visit was part of the 150 visit?? I went out of town and had to reschedule the 30 day visit which was a pain because I couldn't seem to get a real appointment window. They kept scheduling me for "when a tech is in your area he will call you." Appointment... (I can't stay home all day). Finally, I get a real appointment window time and I am charged 99 for the visit. This visit was not part of my quarterly visits. It was a visit to set up the barrier of the house. I called the company to address my issue and it fell on deaf ears. I was told I had to wait for Nathan to call me to explain charges?? I'm still waiting for my phone call. Be warned.... they charge your debit card without letting you know. They don't give you a service receipt. They will mail you one upon request?? I feel very scammed by this company. I'm not asking for my money back, I just want my next service, which is my quarterly service free because I payed for it already. I couldn't get anywhere over the phone, so perhaps I can through social media. I feel scammed. I don't want anyone else to feel this way.... so please skip this company.

As mentioned, the service agreements signed by our customers are structured to display the timing and cost of the treatments to our customers, as well as to provide a signed authorization to charge the customer's card if the customer uses that method of payment. In most cases it will take multiple treatments to rid a property of pests. The initial treatment is followed up with the second service thirty days later, which thus begins the quarterly service. We also offer free re-services in between scheduled treatments at your request. Regarding a receipt, we can certainly mail or email you one upon request. And if you're continuing to see pest activity, certainly give us a call and we'll be happy to stop by free of charge and treat your property. As I continue to look into your account I will let you know what I find. Thanks again for contacting us.<br><br>Update: As mentioned on Facebook, "Per our records, your second service was performed by Jeremiah on July 19 from 8:53am - 9:40am. It had been postponed slightly "per customer request" since the technician had returned at an earlier date to check traps free of charge. I'm happy to send you a screen shot of the technician's notes about the services performed during the second treatment if you'd like. Currently your next quarterly treatment is three months out, but of course if you need anything in the meantime, we'll be happy to come out free of charge, per the agreement.
