Now normal quarterly payment is understandable and they are pretty good about comming out to spray in between for ants and spiders. Nice guys too. Im giving one star to make sure people see and read that the mosquito fogging in the summer may be good if you get a little bit of them normally but if you have any sitting water within a block or near a stream/lake/pond/river/wet lands it doesnt do anything so save your money. Jon has been performing pest inspections and remediation at my family’s place for years. We had an initial crisis with field mice that has now turned into something much more manageable and stable.
