Now normal quarterly payment is understandable and they are pretty good about comming out to spray in between for ants and spiders. Nice guys too. Im giving one star to make sure people see and read that the mosquito fogging in the summer may be good if you get a little bit of them normally but if you have any sitting water within a block or near a stream/lake/pond/river/wet lands it doesnt do anything so save your money. TLDR - sub par service and they make it extremely inconvenient to cancel even at the END of your contract (mine was 18 months), because their service is so bad, they have no confidence you will actually choose to autorenew.
