Hired them for bat-proofing my home. Never received a receipt. Tried calling and no answer. Bats still getting in despite their “guarantee”

Made an appointment with them to come out for bat removal on our home, got an initial estimate and they were supposed to come out Tuesday. Never showed, never called, and aren't answering or returning messages now either. Very unprofessional.

I can't begin to tell you how honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and effective Ron ("The Bat Guy") is and what an absolute relief it was to have him tackle this problem for us. He's part zoologist/biologist, part contractor, part wildlife control specialist, and, for our case, part psychologist (of both the bat and human varieties) ;). He took care of our bat issue (after being referred to us by another pest control specialist) and ended up sealing up our home to ward off squirrels, insects, and other potential pests in the process. Without question, he'll leave your home more pest- and weather-secure than he found it, and he'll do it in a way that is both practical and aesthetically- (and financially-) pleasing. He's truly passionate about what he does as well as about the animals with which he's been hired to deal. He doesn't do unnecessary work (to jack up his price), and he's the absolute opposite of a fear-monger (which is something I found when I researched other companies). If you have bats (or any other unwanted wildlife visitor...), I can't recommend The Bat Guy enough! Thanks, Ron and Owen--you're truly sanity-savers!
