We have been using Romex for a couple of years now and have had a good experience with the company. They are ways willing to come out for a free reservice if we didn’t get all the bugs and they always do a thorough job. Justin came out this time and he was very friendly and moved his schedule around to work with mine. Very appreciated!

On the phone the person told me I can cancel anytime. I asked 4 times they saud yes. I was so dumb they lied now they are telling me I got to pay the 250 and that their employees can say what they want to seal the deal. Horrible company do not use

I cancelled service with them December 2025, well after the initial service agreement had passed (July 2024-June 2025) and they still charged me the $250 early termination fee. I even sent them and email reminding them that the initial agreement had ended and they ignored that and charged me the $250 fee anyway.

The technicians spray chemicals on every surface. Even the door handles. Despite the insane amount of dangerous chemicals, the amount of ants, spiders, and flying insects in my yard has actually increased. This company is a waste of money. Please call someone else.

They came out the first time and promised the world. Still seeing bugs everywhere, called and asked for an actual spray instead of granuls since my old pest companys service worked great when they sprayed and they used granuls anyway. Had to call them right back and I am still seeing bugs. Called and spoke to a "manager" today and told them about my problem and they told me they could come back and spray for a fee. And said if I wanted to cancel they would charge a fee. WHAT A DAMN SCAM!!!! Their sales guy promised the world and talked a good talk but they are incapable of walking the walk!

if I could give zero stars i would The guy coming to the door couldn’t get it through his head that I didn’t have money because we had just paid bills. Yes $60 isn’t a lot And I also don’t mind paying $400 to get my house sprayed but when you’re being aggressive getting up in my face, that is not cool whoever that dude is needs to be fired He’s lucky I didn’t leave him unconscious on the front porch

Very pushy young salesman. Wouldn't leave when requested. Lipped off as we stated that we've been very nice, so far! Wouldn't trust with my toilet!

Let me start by saying I would give them -50 stars if Google reviews would let me. The technician did a semi decent job, but failed to secure the gates when leaving, which resulted in two of our dogs escaping and one of them being struck and killed by a car. What’s worse is this is there first service after lying their way into getting my business by telling me they just got a couple of my neighbors to join and we would all be on the same route and be serviced at the same time. When the technician was here he said this was his only stop in the neighborhood and was heading back to the other side of Tulsa. Lie #1 confirmed. I also asked to be billed yearly for a better discount and the first visit that led to the death of my precious Shiloh dog they billed me for that service only. Lie #2 confirmed. What I assume is Lie #3 will take longer to confirm cause they claim my price won’t increase after the first year or ever. But now I am stuck with these fools unless I pay A penalty to get out of the contract early. While I am also shackled by the loss of my beloved pet. Oh and one other Lie the salesman sold me. Said they were a local company, and bad talked the company I was with because they are national. When you look at Romeo’s website they service at least four states, which sounds pretty national to me. Sure they may have a local office, but so did my previous provider.

It was a big mistake to get the service from Romax since I start with them. I had a lot of problem. They not honest and they just want your money. They’ve been taken a lot of money from my bank account every two week and their employee not honest they told me that I have a termit and I found out that I don’t have termite and my house is a new house .so I make a new deal with them and then I found out that They taken a lot of money from my account. I tried to call Melissa many times that’s the lady I make the deal with her and she never called me back or return my phone call. They so nice with you in the beginning but after you sign the contract, it’s totally treat u different they don’t care about you anymore . They keep calling me to get the money, but they never called me back to resolve the problem. Finally after 2 weeks Melissa called back but not to resolve the issues she called me to order me to remove the review she was so mad and rude 😁 This is the worst experience I ever had with this company Romax

Have patiently been using this company for a long time and have never been satisfied. They say they spray 10-15ft into the yard yet we have SEVERAL ant hills along the house. They sprayed 2 days ago and these ants still look like they’re thriving.

We have been having issues with spiders, and had to have them out early to re-service our home. Terry came out in a timely manner and was super kind and more thorough than the first tech, making sure to treat the yard and our home. Even with our kiddos running around, he was patient and explained what he was doing as he did it. However, yet again, 3 weeks post treatment and we’re seeing spiders in our home multiple times a day. We had no issues of this sort the last 15 months we’ve lived here with a prior pest control company and the only thing they offer is a “re-service” without a time window estimate. So unless you want to sit at home waiting for them to show and spray nonsense that doesn’t work every 3 weeks while still dealing with bugs… use someone else!!
