Technicians Colton and Andy Were very attentive to my concerns, as i pointed out everything i was concerned about. They are very observant, I saw them thoroughly trying to look around to locate for any issues that I may have not even known about. If you're reading reviews and you're wondering. If you should consider this service. I would strongly recommend it. This is coming from somebody who normally does not write reviews.

I’ve been using Bug Bros for years and I’m always happy and satisfied with their work. I highly recommend you use them. Matthew was great and was able to address my pest control needs during his visit. Super friendly and worked around me working from home while he was here. Also - they have a great referral program. So, if my review makes you call them, let them know I referred you and we both get $20!

So they don't treat townhouses even though there's nothing on their site sating so. They did respond quickly through their web submission and the gentleman was nice in telling me that I wouldn't be able to find any bug treatment with this type of company. So if you're looking for townhouse pest treatment keep scrolling.

Matthew E. Took the time to listen to our concerns and what we were seeing. Not that I think we should have to ask but it took another company to come out and tell me what was missed by the previous big bros tech. So I told Matthew and he completed it. He took time to spray every baseboard including the closet and the garage. We now see dead spiders instead of alive and thriving spiders. I also told him we have brown recluse and black widows so he used the powder. This was all communicated the first spray. Thanks Matthew for helping us get rid of all the bad spiders.

My technician was extremely respectful of our property and took the extra time to listen to our unique pest care needs. We have a lot of pollinator plants that we didn't want to disrupt but needed help controlling the ant population. Our tech was supportive and came up with a plan we both felt comfortable with to protect the interior of our house and still maintain beneficial insects outside of our home.
