Maurice did a great job!
Not sure where wires got crossed, but we needed the inside sprayed as well and that did not get done. I apologize my mother said she did not hear the door and therefore I’m not even sure if the dogs got put up so that he could get in the backyard. I meant to be here, but my daughter had gone into labor so I had to take her to the hospital my apologies but can we get this scheduled so that the inside can be sprayed?

He postponed our appointment due to weather. and no one has ever treated the interior of our home-but that's okay. but don't say you did when you didn't. I believe if he doesn't come back sometime soon, we should be refunded this months fee.

I waited all afternoon for the guy to come and did not know he had already been there. He never called or made contact with me at all. I cannot check email at home, so sending an email does not help. I will be canceling my service as soon as possible as this is the second time this has happened.

Breach of contract, my house has more cameras than Fort knox. Received emailed stating time the service was done, went through all cameras and nobody ever came. Not to mention my wife was home all day.

I approached a Palisades employee to ask about services. I didn't even get to asked anything bc the yappy chihuahua in the front seat started asking me who I was and why i was talking to her boyfriend. She was extremely rude 1st of all and secondly i feel bad for that poor guy bc he looked like he was gonna die of embarrassment. Why take ur insecure overly protective girlfriend with you to work if that's how she acts while ur in a uniform representing Palisades? Also could someone please tell her that if she feels the need to watch him and cant let him go to work alone then the relationship is already trash. You deserve someone that makes you feel secure not like a guard dog. I called the number i found on google as soon as it happened and left my name and number with the promise of a call back today. My info should be in your system.

Sales person came to give me a quote on services and when I stated my partner was not comfortable to sign today, as we can’t get it serviced today - he asked why he was here in his day off, and wasting his time. When I FaceTimed my partner his demeanor changed. I’ve NEVER felt so uncomfortable with a sales person IN my home, in my entire life. BEWARE!!!

Salesman oversold and under delivered. Promised us out of our current contract which was a lie. Technician gets to my house for our first treatment, knocks twice, then was gone about 2 minutes later. Not happy with the representation or execution of the service.

I get wanting to advertise your business, but a very openly displayed no soliciting sign right near the door apparently means nothing to the sales representatives for this company, even on the 4th of July. Even after I explained to them that I already had a local pest control service who's rates they would have to beat for me to even consider them, they wouldn't give me a quote without trying to get me to give them access to the locked back yard with my dogs.

Very disappointed in service there no way he sprayed like he was supposed to the yard pool building and house for aunts and around the house for flys. He sprayed front porch with a can spray. I could have done that. Left as quick as he came. Wasn’t here long enough to do anything.

Not good at all! They say they came and treated my house and I have cameras I see no one then I look at mosquitoe treatment a look what I see but they treated it todays! What u are looking at is the top of it on ground still but they came a he ago he said! So I’m a very dissatisfied customer because my children keep geting bit and I signed up months ago and still no resolution to the bug problem in yard and mosquitoe treatment not working because they false documentation instead of doing the job they paid to do!
