We were referred to Mike Payne by a trusted retired exterminator who did our previous home. Mike met with us and was very knowledgeable and explained the type of termite we had. He thoroughly inspected the home and provided a plan of action, and the type of solutions that would tackle the issue. We are looking forward to getting this completed next week. So grateful to have met Mike.

Mike did a great job today educating us on the proper procedure going forward on termite preventative treatment. He was professional and gave us a great plan.

Mike worked with me to decide what type of treatment I was wanting and contacted me as soon as I decided with an updated layout of the service. Even went above and beyond to make sure that the worker didn't drill our stamped concrete in the back.

Joel did a fantastic job with our pest control service! He took his time and was very thorough, making sure to explain everything clearly — including what we should and shouldn’t do after the treatment. I really appreciated how he walked me through exactly what he did on the outside of the house as well. Came and did an inspection on my grandpas house on 141st in Coweta that is being sold. They left the crawl space vent cover in the yard, and rocks from the septic cover and when we went to mow the law we didn’t see these until they were ran over resulting in new blades that cost $70. Not sure why they wouldn’t put stuff back where it is supposed to be.

I had them come out and exterminate my yard because I was getting ant hills. They came out 2 days after calling, and sprayed the front and back yards and charged me $150. After a few days, the ant hills came back, so I called them again. They said they'd come back out and spray again. I asked if they were going to charge me, they said there would be no charge for this visit, but they'd have to charge me if they had to come out a 3rd time. They sprayed a 2nd time, and the ant hills were back within a few days. Don't waste your money; they don't stand behind their work.

Sure Shot was called to do my inspection for a home purchase I was making in December, middle of winter mind you. Well first thing when spring hit, we had swarms of thousands of termites in our daughter's room. When we called an exterminator (not Sure Shot) they came out to inspect and saw a significant amount of damage in the ceiling of our daughter's bedroom. There's visible tunnels and damage that can be seen just by looking up at the closet ceiling and poking/tapping. This professional exterminator told us that this swarm was for sure there and the damage was for sure there when we bought the home. The amount of damage that was there could not have been done in the few short months we've lived there in the winter time. I also pulled up the listing photos of our home and could visibly see the damage on one of the photos. But of course, I as a new home owner, I don't know what I'm looking at and that is why we have inspectors that we trust to give us their valued and experienced opinion. I explained all of this to Sure Shot in the beginning of April to which they gave me the run around quoting the paperwork they gave me (which showed ZERO signs of termite damage, but only showed that the house had been treated before). They went back and forth via email with me for awhile and I even offered for them to come out and check themselves. I told them I was not trying to rip them off or anything, honestly they just needed to be held accountable for missing this in the inspection. They offered some kind of ridiculous discount on treatment and then never followed up with me. Definitely if you're doing a home inspection, go with another company. This cost us over $1,200 worth of repairs and treatment just short of 4 months after buying our home. I'm sure they are going to have some kind of response to this, as I've seen the way they reply to people on Facebook reviews. But I feel the need to discuss my experience, no matter how they choose to respond.

Hired them a couple of years ago after having them inspect my home before purchase. It was recommended that I have a vapor barrier installed in the crawl space and a fungi treatment. Paid $875 and found out from other workmen who had to access the crawl space that it was nothing more than sheets of clear plastic laid on the ground and it doesn’t even cover the entire crawl space nor is it sealed. I realize it’s difficult to maneuver in tight spaces like that, but when I’m quoted a price for a job, I expect that the entire thing will be done and done well. Now I question if the fungicide was even applied.

Wouldn’t recommend them. Had them come out to do a home inspection today because we got one under contract. Don’t know what they were looking for. Took 5 minutes from the time she showed up and left to find out that there were no termites. Paid $110. Didn’t feel as if I got value from their “inspection”. Wouldn’t recommend them. Go with someone else next time.

Hired by the neighborhood association. They came out twice and claimed they couldn't open the gate. Now this kid is trearing up my patio and won't move his truck blocking me in, and parked in a fire lane.

They went into my room after I told them not to, and after they had sprayed the house, the ants came back twice is bad, Tried to call to set up another appointment to have them come out to fix the damage and instead they blew me off, These people are horrible and I will make sure this is seen on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. do not use this company.

If you have decent patio and garden areas....and pets...DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I have a large patio which is painted with sanded grey patio paint. These workers tracked mud all over half (350sqft) and at no time bothered to sweep or clean it up. They even laid my patio carpet back over their muddy footprints, which has now permanently stained the patio! Even where they drilled, they smeared god knows what around the holes!! Then...to top it off, they left gapping holes in the soil perimeter full of chemical....and I have pets!! Oh...and in the process...ruined parts of my garden! AGAIN....DO NOT HIRE THESE NO-PROFESSIONALS!! TERRIBLE WORKMENSHIP!

I have had this company out 3 times in the last several months for an ant problem. They have not been able to slow the ants down and now they are worse than ever. Called again today to have them re-treat and was told I would have to pay for another visit because they don't guarantee their work. I will not be calling them back.
