Dandi Guaranty Pest Solutions and Termite Protection

Once again Dandi Pest Control and their technician, Gage ,are top notch! I called them this morning for a squirrel that dragged my mice box out of garage since my garaged door was left open. lol Gage was at my home several hours later making sure all was okay and put mice box back in garage after finding it in back yard. We laughed about the squirrel teeth marks on box when he was dragged it out of garage. Thank you Dandi P.C. and Gage for always being efficient and helping me with pest control issues. You are the BEST!

I have been receiving service for the past two years, and I have had a very positive experience. Cacy at the office has always been attentive to my household's needs, and the staff has consistently provided excellent support. Michael Rodgers seems to be the technician assigned to us and he is always so courteous and asks if we've seen any bugs anywhere that might need special attention. He comes into the house, quietly begins hitting every room and the garage, and asks if we need anything else before heading outside to take care of the yard. We hardly even know he is here as he works quickly and quietly and takes great care of our property. He is much appreciated.

Tech was very professional and did a great job. This company I would recommend to anyone who has pest control problems both inside and outside there homes.

Dandi's Services, Product, and Personnel are truly top notch! After having been with Bulwark for several years and there "one spray fits all" approach, I decided I needed a service with a more comprehensive approach and after a bit of research decided to give Dandi a call and I sure am glad I did. My issue is springtails and anyone who has them knows just how annoying they are and how difficult they are to irradiate. Well Dandi has made leaps and bounds where Bulwark failed to. After my initial call, they sent out Daniel M. to do my inspection and walk me through their treatment process. All sounded well so I got on their schedule and about 2 weeks later, Daniel B. showed up right on time to apply their products. Both of these guys were great, courteous, and informative. Daniel B. in particular is an absolute top notch lad. He's extremely friendly, detailed, and thorough not to mention knowledgable. He did an outstanding job treating my house and walking me through exactly what each product was, its purpose, effect and any other little details I might have wondered about. It's been a month since my initial treatment and I can confidently say that Dandi's approach works 100 fold better than Bulwark's ever did. A year ago my springtail infestation was so bad I moved out of my house for 4-5 weeks and just had to wait for the hoard to die off and move on. They were literally crawling up the walls, in the beds, they were anywhere and everywhere in my home. Fast-forward to this year, thanks to Daniel and Dandi I see maybe a handful of these boogers a day and just give them a little smoosh when I do and go about my business. I just had Daniel out to the house again today for a re-treatment and first thing he let's me know he had done some research and has a new product he's going to apply that should be even more effective against the springtails than the stuff applied the first go around (which still worked great). Truly a night and day difference from how bad things could've been based on my previous year's experience, both in terms of the pests themselves but also the level of service received from Daniel and Dandi compared to Bulwark. Not only that, but we've seen far fewer pests of all types (spiders, Beatles, roaches, etc) than ever before. The Dandi crew really knows what they're doing. The point of this review isn't to lament Bulwark or to say that they're necessarily doing anything wrong, only that they're services and generalized "one spray works for all" approach didn't meet my specific needs and that there are better services out there if you're having problems that companies with Bulwark's type of approach doesn't work for. Suffice to say: thank you Daniel and Dandi. We genuinely sleep better at night since signing up with you all!

My hoa pays for the little pest control black boxes. Came outside this morning to discover my garden disturbed, trampled, and a plants tip closed inside. Months of growth and progress lost to so inattentive and careless worker. Very upsetting.

I was exploring my new neighborhood and saw one of the technicians outside I asked him if he was the pest control guy to which he ignored me. thinking he didn’t hear me I asked him again he stared at me and said “leave me alone” then I saw the bright yellow truck reading “dandi” I’ve been looking for a company since I just moved here definitely won’t be interested in this company seeing as there technician has 0 customer service skills.

Watch out for your pets and children…. I had to take my dog to have his stomach pumped because the employee left rat poison in my yard when he changed the bait boxes……. Good thing I saw him trying to eat something and I went and pulled as many bits out of his mouth as I could… but he would have died if I had not witnessed this.. just don’t poison other animals. Trap them or something. You are just going to harm anything that eats that mouse that’s poisoned…
