Called to cancel both March and April's dates and they still came out and charged us for them when they didn't even come inside because no one was home. The woman on the phone said quote "the inside is free" okay then next time let's only do the inside. Bet she'd have a remark for that then. We signed up for services not too long ago and got given false information. They said it included bed bugs in the treatment we signed up for but it does not, when called back they said it's $2.00 per square foot, they want $4,000. They also said if we weren't happy with our services we could cancel at anytime and it would be our money back guaranteed. Now they are saying they won't give our money back and will still charge for our next appointment and have to give them a 30 day written notice. I

Fear mongering at its worst. Had orkin out to quote me on termite baits, and instead they left me with a $25k quote to fix an alleged rodent infestation in my attic. I called a reputable, well reviewed local company for a second opinion, and they found no active mice, just ‘old, sporadic activity’ that warranted no treatment at all. Additionally, the termite baits orkin quoted were 4x as expensive as the same brand from the local company we went with.
