We called Montgomery Exterminating because of an ant and spider problem. Keith was awesome, answering questions and explaining what to expect after treatment. I highly recommend them.

My service technician, Keith Jacobsen, was very professional, knowledgeable, and cordial during his service call yesterday. I am very pleased with Montgomery's services!

Dale rang the doorbell to let me know he had arrived and walked through everything he did, explaining to my husband. He was courteous and took the time to answer all questions.

Matt Hines came out this morning (3-10). We have had quite a few mole/gopher problems in the past. Matt walked the lawns and treated the appropriate areas where he determined presence of rodent activity.

Dale came out to check the Sentricon stations. He spent quite some time replacing and adding those...and assured me of "360° protection. In addition he was professional, polite and personal.

Dale was very polite and helpful - did a great job and answered my questions. I hope he continues to be my service person.

You will not find a more professional, locally owned company to take care of your pest control. Keith was very prompt, courteous, and took the time to investigate and resolve a pest issue I have at another property. They are extremely efficient and more than reasonable with pricing: Local, friendly, & complete resolution of any type of pest issues.

WOW! 4.9 Google Stars! Now THAT's the results of professionalism. "Keith" just left my house and told me where the preponderant activity was for moles/gophers. He heavily baited the area(s). Justin was at our home for about an hour inspecting our yards for signs of moles and gophers. He explained the continuous problems in our yard could be explained by the unusual weather conditions Green Country has experienced since spring of 2025. Justin suggested substituting the type of bait used as well as treating for grubs around the two primary trees; also increasing treatment to twice a month. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, and personable.

We have used Montgomery regularly for about a year and have nothing but good to say about the business. On the initial appointment a very professional gentleman came out and educated us on what all they would be doing, perks/explanations of the whole process, gave us sticky pads to place around the house to monitor the process and used a multifaceted approach. He also let us know how long it would realistically take to stay on top of a minor issue. Since then, everyone that’s came out has been thorough, polite and well trained. Making or changing an appointment has always been easy and we’ve never had a long wait time before they can come out when we’ve rescheduled. I once saw a bug and called him after he came the week before and they were apt to get me scheduled the very next day at no additional fee despite it being a drive. They do a much better job than a previous large chain company we used prior and much more affordable for 100% better service.

I sure hope you got material out for the ants. I seem to have an substantial amount o ant hillls populating the lawn.

While they have the knowledge to clear up your issues, their customer service is poor. I was told I would get a call before each month’s visit. Along with never calling, this month they didn’t even knock on my door when they arrived (it was an outside issue). I would have just canceled and not left a review, but when I just called in, I got the same hassling you get from big companies when you call into cancel. I shouldn’t have to have to repeatedly say, please cancel my service.

They do not service the areas they state. Tahlequah is outside service area

Awful customer service! We had our house sprayed 2 weeks ago and I've found live spiders crawling through the areas that were sprayed. The owner, Dwayne laughed at me when I expressed my frustration. He's the owner?! If this is how business is handled there, I wouldn't be surprised to see them go under.
