Clay and Sh’Pone were both very prompt, knowledgeable, patient (I asked ALOT of questions) and friendly. They were here within a couple of hours of me calling for an appointment and then once my system was ordered they got here right away to install it. They explained in great detail what to expect from the system and how it works. Within a few minutes of the system working, you could see the crickets start to struggle and the wasp completely disappear. I love that they will come winterize the system without me ever having to make a phone call and they will also start it back up in the spring. It’s already scheduled!! These gentlemen are very professional and love what they do. I’m so thankful to be able to enjoy my yard and porch completely, 100 percent, bug free!! Hallelujah and praise Jesus!!!

We put this system in our yard this spring after building a pool. It has decreased the mosquitos significantly, as well as flys! I’ve had only one mosquito bite so far this year whereas in years past, we couldn’t enjoy the back yard without being eaten alive! Last year we had dinner on our patio (w guests) and the flies were so bad I was embarrassed. This year we are able to enjoy snacks, dinner and cocktails by the pool or on the patio without a fly or mosquito infestation! The owner and employees were easy to work with and provided great service. The chemical doesn’t stink up the yard, and we are able to schedule the time of day and how many times per hour it sprays (it’s actually puffs of mist that create a barrier around the yard). We are very happy that we chose to install this system by Insect Assassins !
