Over the last couple of years the results of this service got worse every year. Not sure if they aren’t training folks or what. I recently fired them. Seems like they were putting down minimal amounts of product when they came. I have a yard full of crabgrass due to not enuff pre emergent being applied in fall and spring. I water the hell out of my yard and have a horrible looking front yard. Neighbors on. Both sides have different service and theirs looks great. When I mentioned about the crabgrass they sent a guy out and whatever he put down burnt large areas. It did not and still has not come back regardless of the copious amounts of water I’ve applied. I’m done. Got a. NEw service and after their first trip a week ago it looks better than it has all year.

I have been a customer of Fairway Lawns since the mid 80’s. And I can say that yes there has been only a couple of hiccups but they were addressed immediately and with professionalism. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received and I can’t say enough about the attention that Thomas (service tech) provides.

I receive regular service from Fairwsy lawns. I called them because our lawn was still weedy. They came the next day, but did my “next scheduled service”. So I was charged the full amount. It’s probably a standard practice with lawn care companies. But, I find it annoying. If you are offering a guarantee, you shouldn’t be coming out and doing the next service, you should be doing something extra to fix the last poor service. The service included fertilizer, my fescue lawn shouldn’t be fertilized in August.

This is the first seasons I’ve used them so far it’s been good No complaints

Poor performance against Dallisgrass

The service seems fine but the front lawn looks like there are more weeds than anything else there is also a lot of bare spots.

I signed up for pest control and they came out and laid fertilizer all over my property, destroying my vegetation and hold no accountability. I will be seeking compensation for damage.

Terrible. Destroyed my yard with heavy equipment used to apply product. Has offered no compensation or anything whatsoever. Tire tracks and damage to yard everywhere.

Long time customer, but recent issues with unreliable service and lack of communication drove us to another service provider.

The top photo I've included was from April 2025, the first Spring in our home, and shows the condition of the front lawn. The Bermuda grass was quite patchy and thin with significant brown areas... It was unknown to us what previous lawn maintenance was like and while the lawn was still coming out of dormancy, we didn't like what we were seeing. Fairway started to treat our lawn and after a full year, we have seen significant improvement. This April 2026, coming out of dormancy was noticeably better, and by this month (June 2026), the lawn is denser, greener, and more uniform overall. The grass filled in well in most areas and had a much healthier appearance. There are still a few lingering bare spots and areas of concern we hoped would have fully resolved by now, but overall Fairway delivered solid, visible results. They took it from weak and struggling to a much stronger condition in one year.
